o hotel é antigo necessita de atualização os elevadores sao antigos passam uma certa insegurança, cafe da manhã ok sem nada fantástico o funcionario da madrugada de sabado pra domingo 27/03 extremamente grosseiro tive um problema com a porta que fechei e nao levei a chave nao tinha ideia que nao abria por fora e o funcionário foi extremamente mal educado cobra um custo um pouco elevado pelo q oferece ponto bon é a localização

Hotel bem localizado, com ótima infraestrutura, com funcionários super educados. Café da manhã gostoso, com variedade. Ficamos num quarto triplo, fomos para um congresso em Vitória e com certeza se voltar a Vitória ficarei lá novamente. Tem tudo ao redor como padaria, restaurantes, bares, farmácias. Fica em frente à praia. Tivemos uma estadia bem legal, sem problemas nenhum.

Pelas avaliações do Google e do Trip eu quase cancelei minha reserva, mas tudo deu certo na minha estada. O ar era novo, as camas, as roupas de cama. O café só faltou o pãozinho de queijo. Localização e vista incríveis. Atendimento bom, internet boa. Horário de café amplo
