"Let's start with good things: - staff is nice - breakfast isn't bad - room is quite big To be improved: - shuttle service, frequency too low (once every 30 min or every hour). Other hotels near the airports offer shuttle on demand, ready within 5 minutes - staff not very flexible (they wouldn't offer you late check out if you have to wait one hour for the shuttle) - very basic equipment, they even use paper cups in the room, no proper glasses - they make you pay even to weigh your luggage (see picture) ~ that's a shame! Overall, it seems a bit like a low cost hotel"

"Mostly positive, only feedback would be to include some general information about how to get to the hotel/leave for the airport (catching the shuttle bus/walking) either on trip.com or as a welcome email. We booked this from trip.com and the site did not mention where you needed to go to find the intercom to call the shuttle bus at the airport (outside terminal 2, but the bus actually stops near the taxi stand at terminal 1)."
