"Stunning location with the most phenomenal views of the lake, beautiful hotel grounds, professional service all round, amazing breakfast and the spa was incredible! Best hotel we stayed in our Swiss roadtrip. Although it’s a little dated, it has a real charm about it and has been well looked after. The only negatives would be expensive dinner and the small awkward bathroom layout - tiny shower with curtain next to toilet and the washbasin was in the bedroom. Overall though, it was fantastic."

"This hotel sits in a gorgeous seat on Lake Luzern, complete with magnificent views, amazing sunset experiences, a secret lakeside private sauna, pretty rooms, and a terrific breakfast. It sits right near the train/funicular that takes one up to the top of Mt Rigi (special hiking and views). Relaxing sitting room and delightful spa. The lakeside restaurant opened just for us on a beautiful warm fall day."
