Расскажу Вам о проживании в отеле «Корона» 3* в прекрасном городе Владивостоке. Приезжала сюда в апреле 2023 в отпуск и жила здесь четыре ночи. Итак, «заселение в 14:00». Наглая ложь! Прибыв к указанному часу и уверенная, что уж точно сейчас попаду в свой номер, заселиться я смогла только после 20 минут ожидания в коридоре под дверью комнаты (ходить с чемоданом туда-сюда не хотелось). О том, что номер не готов, администратор не посчитал нужным предупредить. Как и не было предложено подождать внизу в холле (А вот странный и непонятный «залог» в размере 2000 взять с гостя не забыли) Мой номер располагался на 7 этаже, при этом лифта там нет: он доезжает до шестого этажа, а дальше пару маршей нужно топать пешком. И вот комнату привели в порядок… И действительно было чисто, однако в номере всё время стоял неприятный запах, избавиться от которого было невозможно даже при открытом окне! Шумоизоляция плохая: всё происходящее за дверью было прекрасно слышно. Да ещё окно выходило на стройку. В номере имеется электрочайник, посуда, исправно работающий ТВ с хорошим выбором каналов. А вот торшер на прикроватной тумбочке не работал. В ванной комнате и гель для душа, и шампунь, и мыло, и пара полотенец , и фен имеются. И даже похабные искусственные голубые розы стоят в вазочке. Номер кажется неуютным: чувствовалось какое-то «недо-». Хотя, конечно, в номере я не сидела целыми днями напролет: уходила рано и возвращалась в гостиницу поздно вечером, но всё же…Уборку провели на следующий день. Точнее, выбросили мусор. Ещё я имела неосторожность заказать завтраки. О, это отдельная и очень грустная песня! О времени и месте завтрака мне сообщил администратор. И нет, не при заселении и далеко нелюбезно, ибо здесь на гостей плюют. На следующее утро я, получив на рецепции талон на завтрак, прошла в указанное «кафе «Шахерезада», где собственно и подаются завтраки. Если у Вас, как и у меня, при слове «Шахерезада» в памяти всплывают восточные сказки Тысяча и одной ночи, то Вы будете ... хм… сильно разочарованы, оказавшись в кафе. Близ отеля стоит металлическая «ракушка», без каких-либо опознавательных знаков. Внутри оной и находится вышеназваннное «кафе». В полутемном помещении стоят несколько столов, покрытых клеенкой, а возле каждого стола – по паре диванов, обтянутых чехлами, на которые просто страшно садиться. . Находиться в этой «едальне» было неприятно, а уж как здесь можно принимать пищу, я не знаю. Просто омерзительное место! Причём рядом с гостиницей есть ресторан «Пхеньян». Почему бы не организовать завтраки там? Ну ладно. При выезде спросила про возврат залога. Тут у админитратора снова случился провал в памяти («Да? Вы платили? А сколько?») Всё , правда, вернули без проблем. Общее впечатление: цена сильно не соответствует качеству предоставляемых отелем услуг! Владивосток – изумительный город, куда очень хочется вернуться. Вот только при очередном визите в этот приморский город выберу другое жильё. В «Корону» же – ни за какие коврижки не вернусь! P.S.: Возможн

Забронировала капсулу в капсульном отеле Глубина, заранее. Оплатила. Бронировала через островок. Там предлагалось выбрать вариант, прилагалось фото к варианту. В итоге на месте мне говорят что у меня забронирована не капсула, а койка в общем номере, где стоят просто двухъярусные кровати. И мне, девушке, в этом общем номере, предлагается ночевать в компании мужчин, потому что, как говорит администратор ”ну это же общий номер...”. Испытала дикий стресс, хорошо что смогла быстро найти замену. Позвонила в службу поддержки, островок вроде бы обещал вернуть деньги. Администратор, спасибо за то что помог составить письмо в службу поддержки островка. Не первый раз бронирую отель. До этого всегда фото совпадало с тем что бронировала. Мне сказали что это я ошиблась, а у них всё правильно, ну знаете... это ... плохо, если вы считаете что это правильно. Может вам ещё матрацы в коридоре постелить и туда предлагать брони :( Настоятельно рекомендую администрации хостела Глубина и сайту островок более детально оформлять странички отелей. Так как заявленные там фотографии не все соответствуют действительности.
