"I came to Himarë for a vacation, not to spend my time dealing with refund headaches and unnecessary follow-ups. What should have been a simple refund turned into days of uncertainty and repeated communication. I was given incorrect information about the transfer timing, and when the refund finally arrived, the amount was less than what I had originally paid. I understand that banks can have processing times, but the way this situation was communicated and handled was extremely disappointing. For a 5-star hotel dealing with international guests, I expected much better professionalism, clarity, and responsibility. A holiday should be about relaxing and enjoying your stay — not chasing your money and dealing with unnecessary stress afterward. Very disappointing experience"

"The hotel is well-located and pleasant, but has maintenance issues. Only one elevator works, but it only seats 3 people (although it says 8), the air conditioning doesn't work properly, the toilet leaks, the shower doesn't have a seal (gets everything wet), and they don't provide face towels or extra pillows in the bathroom."
