A very lovely hotel, the view is amazing and so is the staff. However, too many steps. be aware if you are not mobile. Breakfast is a bit too simple, but it fills you up. The best part of this hotel is just the view in front of yacht club.

We have just returned from our week stay at The Notos and this hotel has definitely got the wow factor. It is a traditional white building built into the hillside overlooking the harbour, the latter is what gives it the wow factor I could watch this view every day and never tire of it. This does come at cost though and I'm not talking about the euros but the many steep steps up to the hotel and the rooms it's definitely not for anyone with mobility issues. The rooms are immaculate and something we have found is a rarity during our travels around Greece the beds are soft and very comfortable. The sheets and towels are looking a bit dingy as their whiteness has long gone! There are complimentary toiletries and the aircon is included this being very welcoming after the heat of the sun. The staff are very polite and helpful and I recommend you ask for help with the cases instead of struggling with them on the steps as they make it look easy! We have only one complaint and that's the food, we had decided to go half board as the hotel is quite remote and we don't drive but we were disappointed. The breakfast was ok offering the usual fruit, yoghurt, meat, cheese ,bread, greek bacon and sausage with a couple of choices of bread . There was no English tea and the coffee machine wasn't amazing. Our main complaint was the evening meal , the choice was very limited and basic which for a hotel with this star rating is in our opinion not good enough. The ala carte menu was equivalent of a beach bar menu with the first item being chicken nuggets but with a price tag that belongs to a fine dining restaurant . The cost of the drinks was extortionate too €10 for 330ml of a bottle of Sol or €8 for the same of alpha and if you like a bottle of wine with your meal expect to pay €43 for house white. So would I recommend this hotel, absolutely but bed and breakfast only and hire a car as there is very little in the way of choice ( Suzy's up the road is excellent!) and taxis are expensive. There is a land train that charges €8 a return trip to Perissa where there are many tavernas and snack bars.

Excellent hotel. Good food and selection of breakfast items., Friendly helpful staff. Clean rooms with lovely views of the marina from the balcony. Two good pools and comfy sunloungers. Spa experience very good although treatments were a bit expensive. Receptionists very helpful and provided really good information about the hotel. It would have been useful to be offered more information on arrival about what is available in the area i.e the bus services/road train, tavernas and local events. There are no lifts and lots of steps but the lovely staff helped us carry our luggage to the rooms. Very good experince and will definitely stay again!

Amazing hotel, nice staff, lovely manager, delicious food. We stayed for two nights and really loved every minute we were there. Spa and pool were very clean with breathtaking view. Almost the best breakfast in Greece. Highly recommended. Will come back next time

Firstly, the good points, excellent location, stunning views, quiet and relaxing atmosphere with some lovely restaurants and bars. Hotel was overpriced, definitely not 5 star, breakfast was average, floors around the hotel reception and pool area were not cleaned once during my stay, tables never cleaned down, stains on the table every morning at breakfast, poor to say the least. I would rate this hotel as no more than 3 star, needs re decorating and updating. Drinks prices at the hotel were ridiculously expensive, 7 euros for a bottle of water ( Which you can purchase from the local shop some 500 metres away for 1 euro!!). Staff were reasonable. Would come back to resort but definitely not to stay at this Hotel.

Loved this hotel! A brilliant location with amazing sunsets to watch from the terraces every evening. Chilled, easy and very relaxing vibe. The staff were super helpful and we really enjoyed the harbour and beachside location. And there’s a cool, funky bar just opened at the end of the beach, you can walk along the beach, or 10mins in a car. Tomato museum next door was a good last day visit. We enjoyed having a car to explore the island, and car hire was cheap so definitely worth doing. Would go back tomorrow! Thanks Notos :)

Nice hotel value for money, near to the sea for us that we prefer swiming in the sea than in the pool… great sunset! And great manager…one man show as an other guest said…Also the food is a traditional greek food that make you think that your grandma is cooking!!!

George made our stay the best ever even after having problems with our room, he helped us with our entire stay. The restaurant was the best part! Thank you so much George!!! We thought George was the general manager with everything he was doing, as he should be! We never seen the GM our entire stay. If there is a GM he should be taking care of the guest that are having isues as we did but George came to the rescue! Thank you so much George.

A couple of family members and us spent few days at Notos Therme and Spa hotel, the hotel seemed to have change management and there were quite a few new employees. The property was beautiful although you could tell it needed some upgrading; however, the rooms and common areas were clean and comfortable, the employees were very nice and the restaurant was good too. We were welcomed by a lovely young woman, I believe her name was Nicole; she helped us with some car rentals. One of the members of our family had a little accident the very first day we were there and after we approached the desk to inform them of the issue, Georgios (or George, sorry if I spelled it wrong) came to the rescue. He acknowledged the problem right away and he acted promptly, we actually thought he was the General Manager only to learn later on that he wasn’t, he was in charge of the Food and Beverage department. We were never approached by the General Manager and we are not really sure who he was. We were there 3 days and Georgios never stopped taking care of us, it was Easter weekend so the hotel had a good amount of people checked in. Georgios worked crazy hours, sometimes from early in the morning serving breakfast until past midnight, taking care of all areas of the hotel. When we checked out, he was there helping carrying out luggage to the car. The young men helping in the restaurant were very nice as well, they did not speak English but they knew what we wanted. I also met a fellow Hispanic, a nice Dominican lady working in housekeeping. As I mentioned before, the hotel needs some upgrading but the location is amazing, away from the crowds, if that is what you are looking for. I could have stayed there our whole trip. If you happen to visit this hotel, do not forget to ask for Georgios and get to meet him, what a pleasant young man. Congratulations Georgios, you are doing an amazing job. The Americans in #119
