Best Hotels in Volcano
Explore Volcano from hotels near iconic landmarks, popular shopping streets, and top dining spots.
Kilauea Lodge and Restaurant ★★★
"Love the location, a nice restaurant, good food, large portions but a bit salty."
Lava Lodge at Hale Kilauea ★★★
Volcano Village Estates ★★★
"The hotel is located two kilometers away from the Big Island Volcano Park in Hawaii. It is time to go to the Volcano Park to see the eruption. The hotel is very beautiful and actually stays in the tropical rain forest. The price of the three-person suite is very suitable, the room is very cost-effective, but the breakfast is more sloppy, breakfast without tax 15 knives per person, there is a quick-frozen pancake and a little fruit, it is recommended not to book breakfast, others are quite satisfactory."
Volcano Forest Inn ★★★
"One bed faces the door, and the other faces a mirror; it's a bit creepy at night. Also, the hotel's entrance is hard to spot at night. There's just a quiet courtyard outside. The location is good, close to the volcano."
Chalet Kilauea ★★★★
"The location is very good, located in a small village5-6 kilometers away from the Volcano National Park, convenient for multiple access to and from the Volcano Park. The environment is very good, there is a cabin with 6-7 rooms, the room decoration is very characteristic, the bath water is very flush, free parking. Complete self-check-in, check-out, no staff. This season, it was quite cold at night, there were more quilts, the heater was a bit noisy, and there was an atmosphere light, which could not be turned on when sleeping."
Aloha Crater Lodge ★★★
"This B&B is nestled in the forest, just a 10-minute drive from the entrance to the volcano park. It's very convenient. The environment is pleasant, though a bit damp. The bed is soft and comfortable, and the breakfast provided includes fruit biscuits and instant noodles."
Volcano Village Lodge ★★★★
"Clean and tidy. Except for the small room, everything else is good"
Lokahi Lodge ★★
"It's remote and a bit hard to find at night, so it's best to arrive before dark. There's no reception staff. It's very natural; you can hear insects and birds chirping. The facilities are a bit old, but it's close to the volcano park."
Aloha Junction Bed and Breakfast -Minutes Away from Hawaii Volcanoes National Park ★★
"The room is nice, but the bathroom is a bit small. Good environment, quiet."
