We try this hotel but a big disappointment, room not clean, aircon leaking water, and very unfriendly staff in the restaurant. No we will not stay again in this Hotel.

Great location. Beautiful town. Poor service (depending on who you get), dark room, dirty carpeting and walls. No kettle. It's a shame that when booking a 4-person room, there were only 2 teacups and 2 paper cups. Nice pool and sauna.

Beautifully situated hotel, friendly staff, spacious, clean rooms. Upon entering, I was amazed by what lies behind that authentic facade. Very impressed. Breakfast was excellent, with something for everyone. We parked a 5-minute walk away in an underground garage beneath the Havenhof shopping center.

The rooms are very simple and not really clean. I thought it was stupid to remove a large spider. The location is great, but you can't get there by car. You have to carry your bags a long way.

The only problem was that the room was dark and the balcony was blocked by a wall. But the beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

The room is clean and tidy. This is a special seaside village. There are many tourists but it is quiet. The hotel is right by the sea, suitable for watching sunrise and sunset. The food here is mainly seafood. It can be a family or couple's vacation, suitable for one night. Will come again

Wonderful in the center of Volendam! Good parking and a very nice view. Slept on the loft. Unfortunately the curtain above could not be closed. The air conditioning keeps turning on, that was a downside.

Positive: good location, perfect shower, decent breakfast, hygiene bathroom ok Comments: room view on flat bitumen roof. Friendliness of some staff members could be better. There is an annoying step of a few cm to the bathroom

When we arrived at reception we were asked in English if we could speak English? I said, we are in the Netherlands, right? I thought I was in Spain because everyone else spoke Spanish!! The Dutch is completely gone. Parking costs you €15 per day. We have seen it there at Spaander.

The hotel service is very good. It was originally one of the hotels under Best Western, so the hardware configuration is still good! The room has a small balcony, but it smells fishy when it is opened! It may be because it is close to the seaside
