"Currently staying at this beautiful hotel with my husband, 2 children (13 and 4) and my parents. The hospitality here is second to none, all staff are helpful and friendly. Large comfortable beds - we are in a family room. The pool is the perfect temperature, not too cold. Plenty of sunbeds available and table service around the pool. We appreciated being able to use an iron and ironing board, use hotel towels and use the safe with no charge. The rooftop bar has stunning views over the gulf and the holy church of saints Constantine and Helen. We're all having a fantastic time here. The only thing I wish I had done is book a sea view but we will definitely return so I will book this next time. Big efharisto to all staff "

Only one person for massage and therefore full and they couldn’t arrange time for me and my wife to get it at least consequently. On the other hand I was unlucky because that week, sea was forbidden due to pollution from dead fishes. So I can’t comment on sea in front of the hotel."

"There is a little exercise to get to the hotel, very well equipped, with a underground parking, very nice reception and a beautiful room that gives the swimming pool, we are five minutes from the delicious small restaurants, prepare good things to go, We loved a lot, the calm two steps from the center and the walks,"

"We stayed ten nights in this resort. Our room was spacious and was cleaned daily by the maids. Sleep quality was excellent as well. Breakfast was very nice too with large variety of options. The pool was fantastic too, the view from every site of the hotel was outstanding. The only negative I can mention is the problems we had with wi-fi connection. The wi-fi signal in our room was very weak, so every time we wanted to check something online we had to go downstairs in the lobby who the signal was stronger and more stable."

"Room was very clean, big and comfortable, the airco works beautifully and it’s very needed. Employees are nice and useful. The location is good, as long as you have a car because it is located at the entrance of the town and although is very close by the small center, there is no walking path, just the car road so you need a car to go any direction. It’s anyways the case of you traveled there but the center of the town is rather messy with the car. The breakfast is nice and complete but it is very weird that they do not offer any other coffee but filter coffee, if you want any combination of coffee with milk you need to order it and pay for it. The only milk available is cold milk so not event warm milk for mixing with the filter coffee, it is not a big deal but it is the first time I encountered such a thing."

"Just a one-night stay, but I was impressed by the courtesy and welcoming of the staff. The room was very clean and the bathroom was spotless. The hotel is mostly made up of two-storey houses built on a hill overlooking the city of Volos with nice pathways and a swimming pool and bar in the middle. Although it was almost fully-booked, the peace and quiet was overwhelming at night. Short distance from Portaria main square, take your car there if you cannot handle the steep 15-minute walk."

"We had the friendliest welcome of all our stays this trip. We are on a ladies motorbike tour of Greece so a warm welcome and immediate space made available for our bikes right outside the hotel was hugely appreciated. The rooms exceeded all expectation with thoughtful touches like a separate makeup face towel and toiletries which were lovely. Fluffy dressing gowns and slippers made it feel much more luxurious than the stars and price would suggest and the bed was the most comfortable of the whole trip for me. Air con worked perfectly so I got the best night sleep also and woke to an outstanding breakfast! Highly recommended and we’re very likely to stop off again on the way back through."
