Absolutely loved this place! We're from Canada, and this was our first time in Tuscany — it was everything I imagined and more. The setting is stunning, peaceful, and so authentically Tuscan. If we come back (which we hope to!), I’d definitely plan to spend a few days just relaxing here and soaking it all in. My husband, our 10-month-old baby, and I especially enjoyed the pool and the beautiful outdoor spaces. A special thank you to Federica and Lavinia — they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even called our next accommodation in Italy to ensure a crib would be ready for our baby. That level of care and hospitality meant so much to us. Highly recommend — this place made our Tuscany trip unforgettable.

Our stay at Villa Sensano was beautiful! The views were spectacular! The accommodations were so lovely! It had everything we needed. The hosts were most helpful with anything we needed from tours, places to eat and cities to visit. She made us the yummiest croissants we have ever eaten! Would definitely return!!

Our second time here! Wonderful stay both times! The hosts are kind, friendly, give excellent recommendations and wonderful service! The location is excellent, the property is beautiful and our accommodations in the Laurence room worked out great!

It was a real pleasure to stay in Relais Villa Sensano. On this first occasion, it was my wife and myself. To begin with the location is unmatched. Perched above the surrounding valley, one can see for endless miles/kilometers into distance vineyards, olive tree groves, and other beautiful fields. So many beautiful towns are all within an hour of this location, making it an ideal base. The villa itself is well appointed, extremely clean, and highly welcoming. We especially enjoyed cooking dinner at our unit. Perhaps one of the best aspects of the hotel is how warm and welcoming its staff, Federica and Lavinia, truly are. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. We are already planning on returning with the entire family.

Excellent stay at this beautiful villa! Very close to San Gimignano and Borgo Pignano. The rooms were very clean and well equipped kitchen. Federica and Lavinia were amazing hosts and the breakfast had a beautiful view! Highly recommend and will be back to visit again!

We were very comfortable, the apartment was very nice and very quiete. The environment and the area are wonderful. A special mention for Federica and her sister are nice professionals and nice persons. We hope to come back there very soon.

We very much appreciated our two-weeks stay at Villa Sensano during summer holidays 2022. The apartment was excellent with comfortable rooms and a very well equipped kitchen. Federica and Lavinia are perfect hosts who took care of all our needs. They gave us valuable advise for excursions, restaurants etc and were available 24/7. We very much appreciated that our dog was warmly welcomed as well. The nicely renovated villa is situated in the countryside with perfect opportunities for long and short hikes in the nearby National park of Castellvecchio. The quiteness of the place was perfect for relaxing. Within short time main Tuscany cities such as Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Florence can be reached. Also Tuscany beaches can be reached by a 50 minutes car drive. All in all we enjoyed being at Villa Sensano and plan to return asap.
