Reshma is a gsa at restaurant She is very awesome we have a very nice time over here me and my family with kids enjoyed very much a very big thanks for the staff and the food was awesome ambience was awesome everything was just amazing at last I want to say that sab radhe rani ki kripa hai

The overall experience in Best western hotel is good, service by NARAYAN Das was awesome, The Breakfast and Room service by Narayan was good and he suggested us the best and tasty Dinner

Food is awesome and Mr Narayan Das is super nice to host us the amazing dinner. Do try . The ambience is also nice and most importantly the Food Quality and Quantity is worth the money and for sure it break the veg stereotype. Mr Narayan is also a nice guy who helped in several cases...

I went there with my wife and stayed for 3 days. The experience at the hotel was excellent. Ms Surichi and Ms Jaya at the Reception were highly professional. very courteous and helping. They not only ensured a peaceful and comfortable stay at hotel but also helped me in many other things like hiring a auto, taxi, providing information about places. The food at hotel was also very nice and services were extremely good. Overall, the entire staff of the hotel including security staff, staff working at restaurant, providing room service were very polite, high class professionals providing best services. I wish them all a very bright future.

Excellent staff. ...Great Ambience....Tasty and Hygiene Food....overall a nice experience of 3 days stay...Restaurant Caption MR Narayan Das is so Helpful regarding the whole trip ....He took care of all are needs and was very kind....And well explained about all Temples and Local market.....Thanku Narayan God bless you ......

Good hotel great staff. I really recommended this hotel to my friends The stay was good Food was good and delicious Room quality was good Staff was great and helpful. They all are very friendly especially NARAYAN DAS ,He is the great personality of cafe , Thank you so much NARAYAN
