We had high hopes for this stay. Unfortunately we left very disappointed.
I booked the studio apartment, and they gave us an "upgrade" to the 2 bed apartment. You could see this as a good thing, but from the advertised pictures, you can see that the studio is much nicer than the 2bed. Coupled with the fact that our room was so dirty!
The pictures of the apartments must be from a long time ago as they now look very different.
I don't think the management care too much about cleanliness because our room was very dirty. All walls windows and mirrors were not clean. I think they change the bed sheets and toiletries, that's it.
Only half of a roll of toilet paper in the room, and was probably the worst toilet paper I've ever used, felt like sand paper.
The couch was broken.
The fridge was stinky!
TV had a big line of broken pixels.
Booked for 2 people, was only 1 towel for shower.
The shower itself was disgusting, mould everywhere in the cracks. As well as the sink (which had a bug).
The WiFi for our room didn't work.
When I messaged the hosts about the WiFi and asked for a second towel and another toilet paper, they said to come down to their office and get them terrible customer service. They also just told us to use the WiFi for the room next door, which was very bad
The building itself is very nice, lots of restaurants and cafes on the ground floor and a nice rooftop pool!
I would recommend going with a different company in this building.
Myself and my partner both work in housekeeping, and this is a terrible standard for cleanliness. A lot of the problems are honestly bare minimum for cleaning.
Do better.

Absolutely amazing place

Parking is 20k overnight
5 minutes walk to big supermarket Lotte on the corner, which you can pretty much buy anything from Nice 10 minutes walk to the beach
You will pass lots of local restaurants on the way I will define staying there again
Also Vũng Tàu is beautiful
I drove round everywhere and loved everything about the place 😊😊

I traveled alone, and it's clean. It would be nice if there is a system where contact information to Line or Zalo can be sent by e-mail in advance when booking accommodation online. It's 1 room, but it's 2 rooms. Thank you for upgrading it. It's good to have a motorcycle on a lant.

One of the better hotels at a reasonable price. Great location and views. Has plenty of services and amenities nearby and walking distance to back beach. The only downside was that it takes a long time to wait for the lifts, particularly at busy periods and then you have to cram in like sardines. I will return should I need to stay in VT.

We arrived a day early and got the room for $15 aud. They gave us a 1 bedroom to start even after confirming it was a 2 bedroom and we're not helpful in the office. Got to our 2 bedroom and the towels were all outside drying, they were so thin and rough. There was mould all over the sink and in the shower and the bed was the hardest I have slept(or not) on. Went to the market to buy a fold out mattress which was also hrs but at least it stopped the springs coming through the mattress.
I know you get what you put for, but it wouldn't take much to get rid of the mould and clean the surfaces between stays and show some friendliness. On a positive note the swimming pool on floor 36 was lovely and the location is ok for the beach and restaurants. Grabs are cheap to get to the more touristy ares. The lifts are slow and busy so be prepared to wait a while. Only certain lifts go to certain floors.

Nice place to live in vung tau. It's very near by beach. Owner is very friendly I reach late at midnight Even can't understand the language (Language is barrier)but Very easily Check in done by her Guidance.

This apartment was not ready for hospitality. I don’t believe the owner should be in this business.
In the first place, this was advertised as a hotel, and it was not. It’s this woman’s apartment.
I pointed out to her that the kitchen table looked gross, and so she wiped it with her bare hand To indicate to me that it wasn’t that gross, That the nastiness was on the other side of the clear plastic cover, which to her meant it was OK.
There was little thought to what a guest might want or need. For example, there was a kitchen, But no spoons or forks or anything but one steak knife, and one butcher knife.
The toilet seat was about 90% off, the bathroom sink drain was screwed up, I had to search around for towels, which were not folded. There was no top sheet on the bed, just a coverlet that was obviously used by others…
I’m glad there was a washing machine in the unit so that I could wash stuff for her.
I wish this woman look, but she needs to understand that if you offer your accommodations to the public, you need to provide the basics

The building is new and clean as well as the room. The staff is nice and quick response. The only issue is the room with the very very very strong bad smell. The smell cannot disappear with opening doors and AC. I guess the smell from the mattress. It's not friendly for noise sensitive people.
