"I moved out of the dormitory for three days. There is a kitchen and the room is clean and hygienic. It’s really cool to lie on the sofa with a screen and play for a few days."
"When we walked in to the lobby the hotel looked very clean but when we got to our room that was not the case. There was blood on the comforter and sheets. We also had a cockroach in our bathroom. Very disappointing. The hotel is in a great location to what we wanted to do."
"This hotel is located next to the highway and is a relatively new building, but it is planned to be constructed along the vertical direction of the highway, effectively avoiding noise problems. The management details are very good, especially the coin-operated washing machines are awesome!"
"Loved the environment and each of the hostesses were very welcoming and helpful.. The breakfast could’ve been more appeasing tho.. The items and the food was tasty but not enough to get your energy going for the day.. Left me still hungry"
"The hotel rooms are comfortable, clean and suitable for work, vacation and leisure. The environment is clean, tidy and quiet.
The hotel is in a good location with convenient transportation
The Wi-Fi provided by the hotel is also stable."
"Next to the highway, it is very convenient to drive by yourself.
Rooms on the side of the highway have poor sound insulation. It is recommended that you ask not to be close to the highway when checking in. It is recommended to prepare earplugs in advance."

Great
GGuest UserI was at teh Evan Hotel during the WACO WORDFEST in 2024-and found their staff positive, professional and pro-active.
The facilities were modern and clean.I especially appreciated the provision of tea and coffee and water in the Lobby.
I would heartily recommend the Evan Hotel to those staying in Waco

AAnonymous UserThe hotel was very nice in terms of location and amenities. The management still has room for improvement; it took a long time for someone to show up at check-in, and there was little follow-up at breakfast. Breakfast ends at 9:30, and the blinds are lowered at exactly 9:30, regardless of whether anyone is still having breakfast or not!
JjzhaozsWaco was not a big place. The location of this hotel is quite good. It is convenient to drive and park. The hotel room is very large, very comfortable, and the front desk service is very warm and thoughtful. Breakfast is a standard American breakfast, not bad.
GGuest UserWow! This hotel was very nice! The room was huge and actually three areas. A front room with little mini kitchen, bath area and bedroom area. Great value! The girl at the front desk was so sweet and friendly. She talked to us about the Magnolia Market and Silos that we had come to see about directions etc. very helpful. It’s only a couple miles away. The breakfast was great as well with hot food items.
GGuest UserEverything including the breakfast was great, except for the pool. It was inside, small, smelled like chlorine so badly that the moment we walked in it burned our eyes. We couldn’t even stand to get in the water. No ventilation whatsoever! My suggestion would be to make an out for ventilation!
DDONGDONGHilton chain brand, similar standards everywhere. This hotel in Waco is not bad, right by the river, facing Waco's first cross-river bridge and herd of cattle sculptures, in a good environment. It is 5 minutes walk to the center of the city, there are many restaurants around and it is convenient to eat.
GGuest UserYour staff is great! Front desk clerk was friendly, hospitable and helpful. The room was clean and so was the rest of the hotel. We were unable to go to the pool area or not able to have the breakfast due to this ugly time, Coronavirus, but other than that I would say this is a great hotel! Thank you!
GGuest UserGiven the area of Waco this is in, I was expecting much. But the room was really nice and clean. Floors could use some work but it was nice, cleaned, smelled good and the staff was super sweet. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.
夏夏Overall, it is still close, very close to the high speed, a bit noisy, 5 minutes from the Baylor University campus, do not think that 2.6 kilometers can walk to reach, to walk more than 50 minutes, the key is that the route is not so good, there are many traffic, Still called: uber or lyft software is better, 6.8 dollars can be. The photo is a very small breakfast area, you can make homemade waffles, and the taste is not bad. The last photo except the box of raspberries is the hotel, the breakfast is very simple...
EErica PadgettThe room was dirty, stunk… I smoke but the smell of cigarettes was sooo overpowering! I stayed here for a few months a year or more ago and it was a nice place I don’t know if management has changed but it’s gross now. There was roaches and the bathroom door on the inside was tore up as if someone had a dog locked in it. The lighting was also horrible and my neighbor was outside my room all night people hollering at 3:30 in the morning it’s ridiculous!!
