Better WiFi, says you’re connected but then says no internet access. Could use better water pressure in the showers as well. Other than that pretty pleasant stay.

The staff is super accommodating and friendly. The room is clean and comfy. The other spaces are very nice too. I’ll stay again!

Room was clean but smaller in size. Pool was a nice size up to 5ft deep! Breakfast was not free but delicious!

Everything was very nice and clean from the room to the gym , swimming pool & bar. We enjoyed the hotel very much. But It would be a lovely option if they have a choice of a lower pillow as I was having a hard time throughout the night.

Top-shelf hotel no doubt. Only 2 complaints: You could hear the piped in music all night from our second floor room. Downtown streets were littered with trash Sunday morning. Waco can do better!

Room was not ready upon check in. Front staff said room MIGHT be ready around 5:30 ish. We needed to get ready at 4:00 and needed a room. Mgr very rude. I want a refund!! Never staying at this property. We had to go to familys home to get ready for event.
