Given the area of Waco this is in, I was expecting much. But the room was really nice and clean. Floors could use some work but it was nice, cleaned, smelled good and the staff was super sweet. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

So much cleaner used in the room that I felt sick the next day. It smelt like bleach/chlorine. I hate it when hotels/motels do this so much and this was probably the worst I have ever experienced. If you are sensitive to migraines, lung issues, or anything else set off by excessive toxic chemicals I advise you don’t stay here.

The staff was rude. The room was disgusting. It was in a scary part of town. We only stayed one night out of necessity.

Didn’t have clear instructions on how to find out room. Went to the office twice before we found it. Took our luggage and belongings and proceeded inside. First thing I saw was quips on the floor when I looked up neither bed was made. The was beer cans and trash everywhere. We backed out and I called the front desk. She apologized and offered another room which we took and it was good. The breakfast bar wasn’t much. The muffins and bread looked stale.

Run Away The air conditioner cannot keep the room cool… had to go buy a fan. There was a gap in between the door where you could see daylight and the room had several flies and gnats.
