Staff was really kind, friendly, and hospitable. Good selection of breakfast food. Room was great. Couch had seen some better days, but was comfortable. Bed was great and included a bunch of pillows. Shower water pressure was comically bad, but kept temperature so it balanced out. Only downside was outside of the hotel's control, which was the copious amount of people at breakfast.

Very clean room, comfortable bed, easy to get to hotel.Great staff. Only complaint was there were 2 elevators and only 1 worked causing lots of long delays plus the elevator was very slow. Give yourself plenty of time or take the stairs. Other than that a great hotel. Highly recommend if you need a great comfortable bed and great night sleep.

One of the staff was great (she had a broken leg). Others did not speak or smile much. Breakfast was the same every single day. It would’ve been nice to even have a different meat option like bacon. A drawer in our room kept rolling open creating a hazard for tripping or even cutting your lower legs. We only got our rooms cleaned once and new linens once in our 5 day stay. Overall they keep the hotel pretty clean for it being an older hotel.

The air conditioner in the room was incredibly loud. It shook the bed and made awful noise when it would kick on. Majority of our lights didn’t work, the plugs/usb didn’t work so we couldn’t charge our phones, the bathroom ceiling was moldy and paint peeling, the bathroom vent was incredibly loud, the bathtub didn’t drain well and filled with water during showers, the bed pillows were the size of couch pillows, the sofa in the room had suspicious stains all over it, the curtains had stains all over them. In all it was an uncomfortable and unclean feeling stay and will not be back nor recommend to anyone.

Did not realize the hotel would be off by itself with nowhere to walk to. It was convenient to drive to the downtown area. The area around the hotel was drab. The room smelled musty.

The room was damp. It seemed like they had just steam cleaned and didn’t let the couch or carpet dry. Made the room feel very humid.
