Stayed here for 2 days . The outside of the property and lobby area was nice and clean. Location was good walking distance to a shopping center. However the room was small , and there was a bug on the bed.  I went to talk to the front desk and asked to be moved rooms. I also asked for some sort of compensation for the inconvenience. After the receptionist “spoke” with the GM all they were able to do is switch me rooms.

前台很熱情，第一間房的電視開不了，馬上就給我們更換了房間。酒店還算的乾淨、衞生、服務人員很熱情的，樂於提供各種幫助，早餐還可以，房間打掃乾淨，住的感覺還可以。

The staff is curious. The room is exactly as shown online. Bed is extremely comfortable. Rooms are soundproof. Breakfast was hot and plentiful!

No adequate place to hang clothes. Will not stay. At a Tru again. Good thing I had twin beds so we had a place. A place to lay out her dresses.

I chose a room on the first floor which I would never do again due to late check in and visitors running in and out and slamming the door all night but yes, I will stay there in the near future. The location was great. There were some loud cars passing by but not enough noise to make me not visit. The bed was super soft and the shower had nice hot water. Love it. I will be back. I wish the room was a bit larger because the fit was tight for only my husband and I but it served its purpose.
