Staff more interested in their phones than service. Initially gave me a room that was occupied and although I asked twice for my bags, they were not delivered and when they finally were, they were left outside my room. Tiles in the bathroom are very very slippery so always put down a towel on the floor so you don’t break your neck!

Located a few minutes walk from the Petra's main entrance, museum and bus station. There are many traditional and well reviewed restaurants and shops in the area, all within a few minute walk. The rooms are clean and spacious. Had everything I needed including a nice balcony with a mountain view, good breakfast, fast wifi, hot water and AC. The staff were welcoming, professional and accommodating.

Clean room, breakfast every day was good, just a 5 minute walk to the Petra entrance. The hotel also arranged my shuttle to Wadi Rum for my departure.
