We were four friends and I booked the Penthouse Apartments. It was great for the four of us, plenty of room and super clean. Good quality towels and bedding and a fully equipped kitchen. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was there was no lift and all those stairs to get to the 3rd floor was a struggle with bags, groceries etc. If you had an impairment you would not be able to do the stairs.

Interesting first exposure to Beach Pacific - there is a narrow break in the main street business district at Waihi Beach that you drive through to reach the apartment building. When I say narrow, we had to pull in the outside rear view mirrors in order to squeeze through. It was all good after that. Our unit was a ground floor studio, fully equipped along with an outside lanai fronting the entrance. Short walk to the beach.

We have stayed for a few nights and it was very easy going and hassle-free accommodation. We got in and out as planned, no reception or interaction with anyone and we had a good luck staying with other sleepy guests. Equipment was a bit outdated and stairwell full of bird feces wasn’t very appealing but we’ve seen worse. Driveway is very narrow so watch out if you have a wide car or your parking ain’t the greatest.

Three generations of our family stayed here for a wedding. Apartment 3 has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is scrupulously clean, bag fresh ice in freezer, lots of nice toiletries, nice linen and very good beds. The children enjoyed the Spa pool and there are lots of glasses and crockery for visitors. Very good location in the centre of the town with all the required shops close at hand.

Love the location and so well appointed. It had everything you need including air conditioning! We had two young children and they were so comfortable and slept really well. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

The only Apartments as far as I know right in Waihi Beach town. Great getaway for two and awesome location right in the middle of cafes and bars and only a short walk to the beach. The Apartment was well appointed with a large bath and spa pool and its own deck for outdoor dining. Highly recommended

Our experience with staying here was superb! Our group consisted of three couples for a weekend stay. Apartment 3 was spacious - good sized bedrooms, great open plan kitchen, dining and lounge. Very well presented property, great sound system, large deck overlooking downtown Waihi beach village shopping area with everything literally on our doorstep. Special mention must go out to Verena for being so obliging in accommodating my delayed booking (was a gift voucher for someone else which was extended for our use) and to Bex for making sure our stay was seamless - thanks ladies! Will definitely be back!
