Excellent. Stunning beach and you could walk through the dunes by the cabin giving access to a stunning beach. Beautiful views of White Island.

Absolutely loved the view from the tourist flat. Amenities were handy, clean and organised . Staff were very helpful and professional. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Found Ohiwa by chance while trying to avoid the bad weather up north. Turned out to be the most enjoyable holiday park I've stayed at in NZ so far. Facilities are perfect, location is great, there is a swimming pool and the fishing off the beach in front if the park was awesome! Will be back

I have to say this park is my hands down favorite we have stayed at. The office staff are super friendly and helpful,the room we stayed in had the comfort bed and the grounds were so well maintained you could probably play golf on them. Watching the sun set on the beach at the end of the day was breathtaking and something that will be remembered. Kids had fun building sandcastles and finding seashells,talking to other friendly campers. The whole ambience of the park makes you never want to leave. We are already planning our next visit

We have stayed here with the caravan before, but this time we stayed in a motel unit. It was comfortable and spotless. The camp is close to Opotiki, Ohope and Whakatane and is located in a lovely beauty spot. The staff were friendly and helpful. Ohiwa is on our top ten list of places to stay and we'll be back!
