Hotel Granvia Wakayama

The location is super convenient, just a few minutes walk to the right after exiting the JR station. There's a really nice Chinese uncle at the front desk. The breakfast area was also very pleasant, though the variety of food wasn't huge.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Wakayama JR Station, literally just outside the exit. The room was quite spacious, well-designed, and felt very cozy. It was fully equipped, clean, and comfortable.

There was a Chinese-speaking uncle at the front desk who gave me very detailed instructions via email on how to get to the hotel from the airport. He also recommended nearby attractions, which I really appreciated! I went on the Tama Densha train and also visited a huge Montbell store. I'll definitely come back to Wakayama!

The location is super convenient, right next to the train station exit on the right. There's also a direct passage to the neighboring mall, which makes shopping super easy. The room itself was pretty standard, clean and tidy. What really stood out was the front desk staff – everyone was incredibly warm and helpful, always greeting you and even helping with the elevator. Oh, and I highly recommend the nearby eel restaurant, Ni Yu Lu, it's delicious!

So many people! Everyone checked their luggage online, and the check-in and check-out were self-service. The location is absolutely fantastic, you can see tourists from all over the world. The downside is that the entrance is hard to find. Well, Osaka Station is huge after all! We spent a long time looking for the entrance near Yodobashi Camera and couldn't find it. Turns out there's a dedicated entrance from the first floor, don't go through the shopping mall. There's also an entrance on the second floor, connected to a skywalk.

Super convenient, right by Wakayama Station. The view was great. Didn't have breakfast there. Excellent value for money. It's very convenient. Granvia is a reliable choice. I'd definitely stay here again. There's also a convenience store nearby.

This hotel is super convenient, right next to JR Wakayama Station. You just exit the station, turn right, and it's about a minute's walk. There's a shopping mall nearby for all your shopping and dining needs, and an Animate store right on the station's upper level! The front desk even has Chinese-speaking staff who were incredibly helpful and friendly. I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Wakayama! 😊
