I called on the road to inquire about availability. Leanne easily set it all up. We arrived to the most pleasant woman who enjoyed people and truly made us feel welcome. Then we entered the most beautiful room: clean, updated, comfy bed, including everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property.

Lobby was dirty and a heavily scented candle was burning (what was it covering up?). Front desk lady was very nice and put us in a room away from the highway as we had requested in our reservation (apparently because we had requested a King and they are only on the highway side). We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into the room. It was freshly redone and nicely decorated and clean. The WiFi was difficult to hook up to and then initially there was no data behind it. Then it was un-secure and our Mac said not safe to use. The floor of the shower was VERY slippery. The fan in the bathroom was on the light switch and was super loud- it would wake the dead in the middle of the night. An easy fix would be to have them on different switches and even nicer would be to have a duel light/nightlight (3 switches). Or provide a nightlight (an outlet would need to be installed) for the night visits-no switch change needed. They did provide a coupon for pancakes at a local restaurant since their offerings were virtually a cup of coffee. It is one of the few pet-free hotels in Wall.

No one there when we showed up at the facility. Called and was told the person had to go home for a while. Told my situation with a sick partner. Waited on parking lot in over 100 degree temp for her return some 45 minutes after the call. Was told check in was at 3. We checked in 10 minutes earily. Not what I consider good customer service. Don’t know if this is even up to the basic standard of Wyndham promise to customers. Wasn’t a happy customer in the end.

Lobby was dirty and a heavily scented candle was burning (what was it covering up?). Front desk lady was very nice and put us in a room away from the highway as we had requested in our reservation (apparently because we had requested a King and they are only on the highway side). We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into the room. It was freshly redone and nicely decorated and clean. The WiFi was difficult to hook up to and then initially there was no data behind it. Then it was un-secure and our Mac said not safe to use. The floor of the shower was VERY slippery. The fan in the bathroom was on the light switch and was super loud- it would wake the dead in the middle of the night. An easy fix would be to have them on different switches and even nicer would be to have a duel light/nightlight (3 switches). Or provide a nightlight (an outlet would need to be installed) for the night visits-no switch change needed. They did provide a coupon for pancakes at a local restaurant since their offerings were virtually a cup of coffee. It is one of the few pet-free hotels in Wall.

Waited on parking lot in over 100 degree temp for her return some 45 minutes after the call. Was told check in was at 3. We checked in 10 minutes earily. Not what I consider good customer service. Don’t know if this is even up to the basic standard of Wyndham promise to customers. Wasn’t a happy customer in the end.

I called on the road to inquire about availability. Leanne easily set it all up. We arrived to the most pleasant woman who enjoyed people and truly made us feel welcome. Then we entered the most beautiful room: clean, updated, comfy bed, including everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property.
