It is a beautiful and clean hotel with a comfy bed. However, the location is not quite convenient. It takes a 7-minute walk from train station, and the bus schedule to city center is not frequent. The hotel itself has a restaurant and bar.

This is a brand new hotel which just open less than 7months ago. Fairly low traffic - less customers during my stay with my family. Hotel room is small but enough for 2 people. Not good for longer stay. Breakfast is good spread with continental food and variety of bread and stuff. Is just opposite IKEA and EuroPark which is good to shop and eat if you don’t travel to town. Is about 15min drive to town area. The parking is underground shared with other building offices and there is a €25 per night charge which I thought should be complimentary given Marriot chain of hotel reputation and the higher price to pay for.

The hotel was funky modern, clean & comfortable. Check-in was quick & easy. The room was very compact but modern and comfortable. The bathroom was also compact but had everything needed and had a very good shower. We had breakfast included, which was very tasty with a good variety. There made to order omelettes were delicious.

•The room was very clean
•The bed was fluffy
•The sink, toilet, and bath area had heated floors (it was warmer than the room, so I left the door open)
•The access to the tourist spots was good
•The soaps smelled nice
Other points that surprised me or disappointed me
•There was a 50 euro deposit (I think this is normal overseas)
•For some reason I paid 10 euros when I checked in (I don't speak English, so I don't really understand, and there was no sign of paying on site when I paid in advance)
•There was no crosswalk to cross to Europark across the street, so it was a long detour
•I wish they had a kettle that could boil water instead of Nescafe
•The temperature of the air conditioner couldn't be adjusted (I tried to turn it up because it was a bit chilly, but the temperature couldn't be changed up or down)

Beautiful hotel, you can tell that it is still quite young, the building is rather sparsely furnished and the instructions on the signs are very unclear. The tap was live, when washing hands you got a big smack. The breakfast for €25 per person I found quite sparse, a lot of choice, but few fresh products.

There are some improvements needed for this accommodation. I stayed at this place for eight nights for a conference. While it has pretty good public transportation to the City Centre but seems pretty far from the central as this is near the German border. The soundproof in the room was pretty bad. The room was very small. At the check-in, no acknowledgement as Mariott Gold loyalty was received at the check-in. The dining at both room service and at the restaurant was pretty descent but expensive. Thankfully, I used the voucher for the dining because I opted-out to do cleaning throughout the stay. The male staff at the check-out was pretty unfriendly like asking me why am I tired in the morning. Instead why don't you ask "How was your stay? Everything was okay?". Overall I felt this place just an average accommodation place to stay.

Just left this hotel after 4 nights with family. It is very clean, neat, and efficient. More than anything else though the staff is phenomenal. In particular, Justin, the maitre de of the restaurant, was incredibly helpful and informative. Each night I enjoyed speaking with him. The other staff was also incredibly helpful. Also, the hotel restaurant was wayyyy better than a hotel restaurant. Truthfully, the best food we had in Salzburg…and we had a lot of good food. Prices are very fair and the food was so good. Especially loved the schnitzel and the giant pancake dessert. While the location is distant from any restaurants (bar the mall), it is conveniently located for transportation.
