Walsall (M6, J10)

Clean facilities, friendly staff, free parking and easy access to everything around.

Lovely stay thank you

Easy location. Rather dated and could do with a revamp. No lifts for easier access and very few plug points. None by the bed. Bathrooms need updating to showers and the evening meal left a lot to be desired. Breakfast was great though and the staff are lovely. We've stayed at a lot of Premier Inns over the years and this fell short.

Bathroom smelt of drains Room was ridiculous hot - booked family room all beds pushed together no room - Restaurant where do I start - went over at 7pm said no room although only 6 people in said earliest could fit in would be 9pm - reason all staff were training staff kitchen and bar - 1 on bar so presuming 1 in kitchen - Had a young child with us so had no option but to find somewhere else - nearest 20mins away - reason we booked this was with restaurant attached Would not go back

Hotel was fine but restaurant and it's staff lacked warmth. Drink choices were limited with not all advertised choices being available. Closure or the Beefeater brand has made eating here less enjoyable

Ideal for a one night stay after attending the European Athletics in Birmingham. Very reasonably priced. Conveniently situated, good sized room and comfy bed. Enjoyed our breakfast in the adjacent Beefeater.

Came to premier inn for 2 nights, was welcomed by leanne. Amazing service with a smile. Had no faults with room. Great service.

room way to hot worst family room ever had with premier inn no room between beds to get in or out which to me is fire hazard then I always ***** beds the last day and it was a couch the one bed as was hard .so not happy at all with this stay mattress had all marks on it

Nice clean accommodation , staff very friendly efficient and helpful . Very good for money , accommodation at junction 10 at M6 motorway, handy for places to visit around Birmingham area ,
