TRAVELODGE WALSALL

Unfortunately, my experience fell far below my expectations, and I do not feel it was worth the amount I paid. I stayed on the third floor from last Friday, and throughout my stay there was a strong smell of ******** (****) in the corridor and surrounding areas. This made me feel very uncomfortable and significantly affected my experience. I also had serious concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene of the room. The shower curtain had what appeared to be period blood stains on it, which I found completely unacceptable. The overall standard of hygiene did not meet even basic expectations. Another issue was the lack of staff availability. I went downstairs to reception several times to report these problems, but there was often no one at the desk. On one occasion, while a member of staff was assisting another guest, I tried to explain how disappointed I was and how my stay had been affected. Before I had the chance to finish, the lady simply walked away without acknowledging or addressing my concerns. I found this dismissive and very poor customer service.

Have stayed at Walsall Travelodge on several occasions. Always a comfortable stay. Lovely and friendly staff. Rooms are always clean and warm on cold days. TV in room and tea / coffee etc… Safe accommodation.

The place looks great since the revamp Amazing staff as always, all hard working and friendly Shout out to Amy for always having the biggest smile for me!

We had a wonderful experience at Travelodge, and a special thank you to Amy, who made our stay so enjoyable from the very beginning. We stayed for around 20 days for business, and Amy was absolutely amazing throughout our entire stay. She welcomed us warmly, was always friendly and helpful, and made us feel comfortable and genuinely looked after. Her professionalism, kindness, and positive attitude really stood out. Having someone like Amy at the hotel makes such a big difference, especially when staying for an extended period. Thank you, Amy, for making our 20-day stay such a pleasant experience. You were fantastic, and we truly appreciate everything you did for us. Travelodge is lucky to have someone like you! ❤️

Sharna and Hollie are amazing I messed up my booking and booked for the wrong date. They went above and beyond to help me amend my booking, they even called central booking from their personal mobiles to help. Could not thank them enough for how genuine, kind and helpful they was. So rare to see this day and age and a honestly was pleasure to meet them. Massive thank you again girls you saved my bacon!!

Staff are great here happy to help with anything you ask them, never had a problem with check in or out. Bathroom if the family room has shower and a bath with all you need as in body wash, hand wash, towels etc and always clean. Easy to get to as it's in the town. Prices vary throughout the week but can get a great room cheap on the right day.
