We had the absolute worst experience here. We had booked 1.5 months in advance, and noted that we would arrive at 1am. They called us earlier the day of arrival to confirm the time we would be getting there. We arrived, and they told us they had no rooms and had to send up to another hotel. However, they couldn’t find a hotel that was open, so they had us wait in the lobby until they found one at 2:30am at a different hotel! They promised us that we could come back the next day and they would have our room that we had reserved for us. They sent us over to the other hotel, and we arrived to find out that they had no idea who we were and they said they had no rooms! They eventually said that they would take us, but we’re going to have us pay a ridiculously high price. At that point it was 3am, and we made other arrangements and left. We came back to Manor House the next day, and again, they told us they had no room for us. I am beyond disappointed with being lied to so many times by this hotel. Save yourself time, money, hassle, and do not stay here!!!
