The breakfast is the best. Room size is big. Gym is new. No laundry. The bathroom door is broken

Kudos to Sam, the desk manager.
I arrived very late that evening and he found all the options available for a late dinner, when all the restaurants are usually closed. He has been a tremendous support: his attention to me definitely reinforced the image I could have of the hotel and the Best Western brand.
By the way the swimming pool and the pancake machine are pretty cool.

It's a bit far from downtown Boston, but it's convenient to take the nearby train to the city. The hotel is surrounded by a nice and quiet environment. Overall, it's a good value hotel.

The overall is not bad, the room has two free bottles of water, a microwave, a hair dryer, and an iron. It was early in the morning when we arrived, and the check-in was relatively smooth. The breakfast was not bad, pure Western style, various iced juice drinks, free coffee and hot chocolate, and I found out after drinking cold water, haha.
