"It was like a guesthouse; the room facilities were old and smelly—the smell of bedding was overwhelming as soon as you entered. The door had very large gaps, so the soundproofing was terrible, which was really embarrassing when you hear unpleasant noises with a child. I booked a deluxe twin room, but they gave me a deep sleep twin room. When I contacted the front desk, they told me that all rooms were like that, even though I had seen photos of my room in the reviews. The front desk just said they didn't have it and wouldn't refund the price difference. The only good things were that the bedding was very clean, and the breakfast had a wide selection, including fruit."
