I went to the Shenzhou Peninsula with my family over the weekend and booked the Shenzhou Peninsula Private Sea Villa Hotel. The environment and service were great! The handsome guy at the front desk upgraded the room when he saw the children and the elderly! really thankful! 👍, you can see the sea from the window 🌊 and the internet celebrity check-in spot ~ The ”Lighthouse” where she disappeared. It's a pleasant surprise. The hotel is a seaside 🏝️ villa 🏡, and the environment and service are also very good! A very cost-effective hotel! My family is very happy😃. I will stay at this hotel again next time I go there🏨

This hotel comes highly recommended. Upon arrival, the staff were incredibly accommodating and even upgraded my stay to a villa, which was fantastic. The food at the Horizon Beach Bar was outstanding, and the staff were attentive, always anticipating my needs. The cuisine at the Western restaurant was also excellent. Overall, this hotel provided a wonderful experience.

Clarifying I am not a Robert. Beyond Expectations, great spirit and services. But In fact I m not really expecting anything while I decided to stay this hotel at the first beginning. However, FD Manager - Cristina and her team changed my mind. Good feeling and experience in staying 2 nights which upgraded to lake view with high floor. And the welcome coffee biscuit that my daughter loved it the most. Appreciated at all arrangements!

Super satisfied, great value for money. The Westin Hotel has an excellent location, the beach facing it is very clean, there is no fishy smell at the beach, it is clean and refreshing and suitable for fun. The infrastructure in the hotel is also very good. It is worth mentioning that the breakfast is super delicious, the category is very rich, and the major cuisines are also very well grasped. Anyway, I am a Hunanese and I have a great time here, and there are all kinds of Western pastries and Hainan specialties, which taste very good. I strongly recommend everyone to buy a room with breakfast. I booked a sea view room on the fifth floor, with a very good view, overlooking the beach and the sea, a great viewing position, a large balcony, and you can lie on the sofa to watch the sea. The interior of the room is very luxurious, as you can see from the picture, it is very comfortable for two people to vacation. In addition, the drinks in the small refrigerator are free (if you want to renew, you will be charged). The hotel also gave 10 free simple travel photos. If you need to retouch or need more negatives, you need to pay extra, but I didn’t spend money to bring back ten beautiful photos. The attitude of the service staff has not deteriorated, which is good. The hotel has a half-hour performance at a fixed time in the evening, including dance and magic shows. It was quite lively and fun. Finally, a very important point is that after booking a room, there will be a dedicated butler who will add WeChat. It is super considerate and will answer all questions about the hotel services, nearby food, and duty-free shop discounts, etc. The emotional value is full. I will continue to stay here if I have the opportunity in the future!

The hotel is beautifully situated with its own beach. The landscaping and grounds are picturesque as are the ocean views. I have previously stayed in big hotels in Sanya that involve long walks to the facilities and the beach. However, this hotel is really nicely sized. The lagoon pools and infinity pools were great, though I did wonder a bit about the cleanliness levels. I was initially concerned about reviews saying the place looked aged, but in person the rooms seemed fine, spacious and clean. The service was excellent on every level. They did not have a business center but they helped me out with some business needs. The breakfast was diverse and they made sure to keep the buffet filled up despite a large number of diners. All in all, it was a very refreshing and enjoyable stay. Note that taking a train from Sanya Airport to Wanning is not difficult and economical if the timing works well for your flights.

We chose the parent-child suite here for this family trip. The facilities, hygiene, environment and services are very good. What the children like most is the children's bunk bed. The hotel also thoughtfully placed children's soft floor mats, children's toothbrushes and There are children's slippers, there is a children's playground indoors to catch claw machines, and outside you can soak in hot springs, swim and play in the water. It is enough to play in the hotel without any hassle. The price is really worth it👍

We are going to Sanya from Wenchang to live temporarily. The price is relatively affordable, and the supporting facilities are naturally not as good as the chain five-star. But the mattress and pillows are not bad, originally expected to be not high, it is a plus. Because it is the Chinese New Year, the hotel has only a small number of dishes to eat, and the price has to be increased. The dishes are quite satisfactory and the price is slightly lower. The breakfast buffet is relatively poor, and it can be said that it is obviously not a five-star standard. Let's make do with it.

Location: ONLY book if you are coming with your own car. Accommodation is not easily accessible by foot especially if you are arriving at night. All food places at least 5-10 min DRIVE. However, it is an interesting location as it is not close to the sea, so you get to experience another side of Hainan’s environment. Make sure you bring mosquito repellent. Service: Was just okay - not the most helpful unless you ask questions. For example, the SUPs have to be booked ahead so their trainer is scheduled to come - which was not mentioned. So if you are only staying for one day, make sure you tell them ahead. Cleanliness: Since it is a humid environment, mould will likely appear. The tent we were in had a lot of mould on many of the inner walls. There was an attempt at simply covering it but these tents should be cleaned and treated. Amenities: the tents definitely are definitely more fancy than normal tents - ours had a shower and AC. I was mostly disappointed by the lack of activities and food availability. I think if you are an accommodation that is difficult to access - at least food/drinks options should be provided.
