We were very impressed with the friendly services offered by the staff at the resort. Special thanks to Concierge Luna for her care from the moment we checked-in until we checked-out, as she has taken care of our needs. The staff were very helpful in every aspect of our stay. The room was large and clean. We loved the balcony with a beautiful ocean view. The breakfast buffet includes both Chinese and Western food options which were very nice. We loved the complimentary pool-side surfing experience and I would love to return to the resort next time to try surfing at the beach! Some of the photos here were taken by professional photographer which help us keep the beautiful memories of our stay!

The room was really amazing, with a great view. The family suite has two King size beds. It's quick to walk out to the beach.
I enjoyed smoking a cigar on the balcony. The breakfast buffet was great and the staff was very helpful, especially Butler Xiao Wu. This is a top line hotel.

Our stay at Sheraton Shenzhou Peninsula Resort was truly remarkable! The resort is beautifully located, with stunning beachfront views, great facilities, and a serene atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, offering everything we needed for a luxurious stay.

Arrived a day after Yagi .. hotel was open though still cleaning up after high tide left beach sand in pool. Otherwise all good - staff courteous and very helpful. Restaurants were not all operating during time but breakfast was fantastic.
Nearby township many place to eat and wander along the beach.
Locally some good attractions.
The only negative - you go to a private hotel wirh beachfront access and prohibited from swimming in sea.
Get some lifeguards ..set up properly even in selected morning and afternoon time .. the pool was good, but I went to the beach to swim in the sea!
The local Sunset bar was nice to also enjoy in the warm evening.
Would consider again or at least a Sheraton Resort again sometime.

Service was excellent in the hotel. I lost my mobile on my way to the hotel. The hotel manager was kind enough to call the taxi driver to locate and made sure it was returned promptly .

My room got upgraded and comes with a butler service. The view was so great and the private beach was so clean. The swimming pool is large but only opens at 9am which is a bit hot already.
I will definitely revisit the hotel again if I had a chance in future.

Stayed in the hotel for two days. The hotel's services are good. Before I arrived at the hotel, the housekeeper Luna contacted me in advance, added WeChat and sent me a lot of travel guides, asked if I had children, and sent me a schedule of children's activities. It is indeed a parent-child hotel. The children's activities are great. The children don't have to leave the hotel to play. The hotel also has various group purchase dining packages, which include food and fun. You can relax in the hotel for two days. Although it was renovated in 2014, it is well maintained. It feels that some furniture was added later. It is considerate to install baby anti-collision corners. The housekeeper also upgraded our room with a side sea view. Before leaving, there were Hainan souvenirs. I like the housekeeper and service of the hotel.
