The hotel is in a fantastic location, just steps from the beach, and the surroundings are quiet and comfortable. Our butler, Alan, was very attentive and prompt with his responses, which made for a wonderful vacation experience.

He went above and beyond to arrange an early check-in and found us a room close to the pool and lawn, which was perfect for our family with kids. We were very happy with the room! Although the in-room facilities weren't brand new, they were well-equipped and quite spacious, even including a dehumidifier. I honestly didn't have high expectations for an older hotel, but this place is like an old Ferrari – still impressive! The location is great, and the amenities are comprehensive, offering most sea activities, various dining options, and a gym. The pool is large, so it never felt crowded, making it very comfortable and relaxing. There were also plenty of lifeguards on duty. The breakfast stations were a bit limited, and the variety wasn't huge, but when you're traveling with kids, that's not a major concern.

The hotel seems quite old, and the facilities are a bit dated, but the environment is still great. It's right on the beach, which is beautiful with soft, fine sand, perfect for relaxing at the hotel. About a kilometer away is a small town in Wanning with plenty of food options. We waited an hour and a half for the vanilla duck, and it was indeed quite good. The hotel breakfast is also quite rich, and check-in was quick with no waiting.

Better than expected! It's convenient to get to the beach, and even though the facilities are a bit old, they're quite clean. The shuttle bus to Sheraton Surfing is a great perk. I'm very satisfied and would definitely consider staying here again.

The room was very clean, and the service was excellent with everyone being very kind. The butler was attentive throughout my stay, and there was a free shuttle service to and from the high-speed train station. Plus, there was a complimentary bus to Sanya Duty Free Shop, which saved me the hassle of getting a taxi. It was a fantastic experience! 👍

Our hotel concierge, Ella, was always available and helpful with any questions we had. Overall, our stay was very pleasant, especially the amazing night view, which was a huge bonus! Stepping out of the lobby, you're enveloped in a Southeast Asian vibe with palm trees, and at night, the glowing light balls on the lawn and the illuminated sunset bus, accompanied by the sea breeze and music, truly create a perfect vacation atmosphere.
