Second time came here. Stayed 2 weeks the last time. It’s winter time and the windows are not securely installed. So you can hear the howling winds at night.
I had covid so I needed to leave early. Front desk refused to refund.

來萬寧盲擼的民宿，住的特別舒服！民宿就能租小電驢，去哪都方便。相比日月灣海邊的公寓，村裡的民宿更適合去除班味，附近還有好多好吃的😌老闆態度特別好，來萬寧住日月灣閉眼訂這家就🉑

平時從來不寫評論的 但是這次真的很幸運萬寧之旅遇到超級超級好民宿和老闆！！
下了車就知道果然沒選錯，院子乾淨明亮，最驚喜的就是房間，又大又舒適而且很乾凈、沒有潮濕感，房間很大有浴缸有陽台，很有設計感。衞生間也很贊，乾濕分離而且面積很大，還有浴缸。
雖然住宿體驗已經很讚了，但必須得提下服務。接待我們的老闆超nice，服務貼心熱情，還沒來就給我打電話，而且因為我自己的失誤導致老闆等我到半夜，真的很不好意思。到了就給我們拿行李，基本上我們提出的要求老闆都盡力滿足，人真的超級超級贊！酒店位置而且離小紅書推薦的幾家店也很近，打卡方便。
來日月灣玩真心推薦住這裏，以後如果有機會再來旅遊我也還是會住這裏，也會推薦給我的家人朋友們。希望老闆生意興隆，幸福美滿！

房間很乾凈，很寬敞，床很舒服，周圍也很方便，坐在陽台看日落好舒服吖～老闆家還可以租小電動，騎着小電動溜達很愜意～旁邊的咖啡館有很香的咖啡，炸醬麪相當好吃～下次再來

這是我旅行中最不差的一次體驗，入住的當天晚上大約凌晨一點多，我被很大的水聲吵醒，當時我們就起床看看什麼情況？一腳踩在水裡，房間當時積水有2釐米左右，我們放在地上的箱子都進水了，折騰了一個晚上沒睡覺，第二天一早我們一家就退房了，因為我們住在3樓沒有電梯，我兒子走到二樓樓梯因為半夜的漏水樓道都是水，小孩在樓梯上摔了一跤，當時我第一時間給老闆打電話，問他有沒有葯孩子摔倒了，他當時回答沒有，孩子屁股，腳，手臂都不同程度擦傷，是我自己去葯店買的葯，直到我們離開老闆都沒有出現，更可氣的是攜程後台客服聯繫他，問他知不知道孩子摔跤的事情，他居然説不知道，這是一個人的誠心問題，給個大大的差評！！

就衝著這種待客之道，本來衹評論一個訂單，但我不介意再給你一個差評！嚴重影響我出遊心情。我不是找茬的人，每個酒店我都有認真點評。是好就好，不好就不好。（圖二是我住下一晚的萊佛士，好評）首先，民宿沒有電梯，是你硬件問題，那麼搬行李本來就是服務生的工作，這個認知我可以説我沒錯。其次，我這邊兩大兩小一個正常家庭的人數入住雙床房，是人多嗎？不知道店主人多的定義是什麼。再其次，你那裡本來就沒有牀頭櫃，你自己看看你自己貼的房間照片，跟別人以前的評論照片，跟打掃有關係嗎？繼續睜眼説大話吧！笑**。還有，沒有問就拿了樓下的露營凳上房，是因為你前台經常找不着人。你説不能拿，已經馬上自己跑下去三樓歸還，這點素質我們還是有的。再再再其次，我是一點半到，但我沒有非入住不可，我説可以進我朋友房間等，並沒有為難你，而且我入住跟你地毯臟完全沒有矛盾，你的地毯根本不會換。第二天我出了一天，回來地毯也是那個**，如果有心弄乾凈，我不相信一天時間都打掃不出來。你真的很搞笑，還是覺得所有人都沒要求，我一個金鑽，一年起碼1/3時間在旅遊住酒店，遇到的奇葩不多，你是其中一位。對於店內給個差評還槓上了。但我不介意繼續槓，也不介意請第三方介入看看誰對誰錯。那些冷氣漏水，種種蟲子照片我都留着，本來不打算髮，你要是想槓，就繼續。我奉陪。

很複雜的體驗，一開始老闆給升房還感覺挺爽快，入住當晚傾盆大雨，水從天台全部漏下來，直接漫到各個房間裏，兩點多我們自己起來搬東西、掃水，老闆也起來一起掃….第二天沒有任何解釋或補償，前台找不到人。
我認栽日月灣物價高且這是民宿，大多數日月灣商家都沒有服務，價格卻堪比一線城市。但民宿這樣隨意的態度使我們這趟旅程糟心的很，民宿周圍吃飯買東西都不太方便，衹想説日月灣這個地方，這輩子不來二次
