This hotel comes highly recommended. Upon arrival, the staff were incredibly accommodating and even upgraded my stay to a villa, which was fantastic. The food at the Horizon Beach Bar was outstanding, and the staff were attentive, always anticipating my needs. The cuisine at the Western restaurant was also excellent. Overall, this hotel provided a wonderful experience.

Booked their room package in advance on Ctrip. It includes various activities for children to play. Just make an appointment in advance. The housekeeper Xiao Kuang added WeChat in advance. He will send various activities. If it rains, all activities that cannot be done outdoors will be changed to indoor activities. The hotel is very large and comfortable. The beach with its own is deeply loved by children. As long as they dig some sand, they will not leave. The breakfast buffet is super good. There are a wide variety of varieties and the taste is good. However, it is peak time to queue up at 9:30. The room has a balcony facing the beach. There is a bathtub on the balcony, which is unique. As long as you dare to soak naked, people will watch you. A very satisfactory hotel. I will consider staying here again in the future.

The hotel is beautifully situated with its own beach. The landscaping and grounds are picturesque as are the ocean views. I have previously stayed in big hotels in Sanya that involve long walks to the facilities and the beach. However, this hotel is really nicely sized. The lagoon pools and infinity pools were great, though I did wonder a bit about the cleanliness levels. I was initially concerned about reviews saying the place looked aged, but in person the rooms seemed fine, spacious and clean. The service was excellent on every level. They did not have a business center but they helped me out with some business needs. The breakfast was diverse and they made sure to keep the buffet filled up despite a large number of diners. All in all, it was a very refreshing and enjoyable stay. Note that taking a train from Sanya Airport to Wanning is not difficult and economical if the timing works well for your flights.

Facilities: Although the room I stayed in was upgraded, the hot water was not hot. The maintenance staff came to fix it in the middle of the night but it was not fixed. We took a bath in the swimming pool the next day. It was a bit bad. Then the butler on the phone said that we could only check out at 1:30. I said 2 o'clock is okay. In case it is inconvenient for two long-haired children to take a bath and blow their hair. But the other end of the phone rejected it. I felt it was not humane. In fact, I checked out at 1 o'clock in the end. It's just that your hot water has a problem. It's wrong not to give a solution. This attitude should be criticized. Hygiene: Good. The travel photography is good. The lady is a little anxious. After collecting the money, she can't slow down the service. Environment: Very good. Every detail that is paid attention to makes the children and adults very happy. Service: No butler was added, so a lot of disturbances were avoided. It is also very comfortable (maybe the bathing problem can be solved with a butler). Fun in the camp: Especially suitable for children. Little * performances and cooking classes. And the warm hospitality of the ladies made the children linger. Irene and the children agreed to see each other next time. She has locked the hearts of the children. Will come again.

Just two steps out of the door is the entrance to the lighthouse, and a few minutes walk to the beach. This is the closest hotel to the lighthouse in the entire Shenzhou Peninsula
