"Very bad experience at Hotel Shreya, Hanumakonda. The staff was not helpful at all, and even after checking in, they hesitated to give me the room key, which was very frustrating.On top of that, I was told that I would have to pay ₹1,000 if the card key was lost. Considering it was just a basic door access card, this charge seemed completely unreasonable.The room was also very dirty and did not meet basic cleanliness expectations. Overall, the experience was disappointing from the service to the room condition. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel and choosing another place to stay."

"I recently stayed at Kola's Grand – Hotel & Convention Center, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel is very clean, modern, and well maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were extremely polite, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in was smooth, and the service throughout my stay was excellent. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a good variety of options. The restaurant also serves tasty food at reasonable prices. One thing I really appreciated was the peaceful atmosphere. Even though the hotel is conveniently located, it was quiet and perfect for both business and family trips. The banquet and convention facilities are impressive and ideal for weddings, family functions, and corporate events. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely choose Kola's Grand again whenever I visit Warangal. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with excellent hospitality and great value for money, I highly recommend this property."
