One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in and 100% the worst Premier Inn. Not only were the staff rude, unhelpful and blunt, but everything was unclean. There was a Greggs wrapper under the bed when neither me nor the other guest had even been there. The toilets were all disgusting in the bar and food area. They knew we were all there as a huge booking for a family wedding and they were unbelievably rude. Thank god we only stayed one night and moved to a much better venue, but do yourself a favour and don’t even go at all.

Staff and service was exceptional. Very helpful and polite and kind at all times. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the room was not immaculately clean as well as the bathroom. There was mould and rust visible. However there was a good fan available in the room in the heatwave which was very much appreciated. The breakfast was also very good and had good variety and good value for money.

The staff were amazing, very clean hotel and excellent location to town and business venues, staff got us taxis daily to conferences, bar and food amazing. I left a valuable item in the hotel, the manager and staff were amazing and even went to the post office and returned it back recorded delivery in his lunch break. What staff team would do that ? They were amazing. Thank you so much and will see you again for sure !

it was not clean, the bathroom was smelly and I had to wait quite long for the reception staff and when she came she didn't apologise for the long wait. I will never go here again

Disappointing No hot water; response- I’ll try the boiler -give it half and hour ( still like warm 4 hours later ) No room clean despite request ; explanation- they must’ve been busy No dinner slot available into 730 then took until 835 for an overpriced and underwhelming meal to arrive. Staff very nice but overstretched impacting on service.

Stayed one night whilst in the area for business; the hotel is located just off junction 6 of the M5, on a commercial estate on the edge of Worcester, plenty of free parking. Nothing really in the surrounding area (restaurant, takeaway, pub, supermarket, garage, anything!) so make sure you eat before you arrive! Slightly older style Premier Inn, clean with the usual comfortable bed, but no power sockets by the bed, Wi-Fi was slow, no aircon (but not needed in December, and the heating worked). Fixed showerhead over a bath (not my favourite). The view from the room was mainly the walls of the hotel, but as the alternative was a boiler warehouse I’m not sure I was missing out. Some early noise from the estate, but as I had an early start anyway it didn’t affect me too much.

Hotel was fine. Restaurant was awful. Service incredibly slow, food poor quality and only just warm when served. Staff unapologetic.

The heating wasn't working in our room, we weren't offered another room just a small mobile radiator. The floor in the room above is extremely creaky. So warm & restful it was not. I've been stsying in Premier inns since 2013 & have mainly been happy, but unfortunately this time not.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and a great night's sleep. Breakfast and dinner were very nice, and the service was lovely throughout. Would happily stay again.

We visited Premier inn for breakfast today & what a lovely team! The food was cooked perfectly, all of the staff were very attentive & friendly especially one of the young members Hazel, during our time there I did not see her stop working, constantly checking on tables, cleaning tables and keeping foods ect well stocked. The staff are a real credit to the company. The premises was also kept to a high cleanliness standard. This is the best Premier inns that we have visited.

Very good

Overall, our stay was very good. Started well when a member of staff called to advise us that the room we had booked had a problem but they offered a suitable alternative. The room was clean and had everything needed, although they need to do something about the coffee and sugar sachets - these hold a ridiculously small amount and when I measured them, at least two coffee sachets needed for a spoon of coffee and four/ five sugar sachets for a teaspoon of sugar. Yet the mugs supplied are a decent size! Consequently coffee was basically no more than brown water, with hardly any coffee flavour at all. Coffee at breakfast was infinitely better. Beds were a little softer than we are used to, but we slept well nevertheless. Our wet room shower was excellent - powerful and hot. The bathroom was well equipped and well laid out. The only slight niggle was that although the floor was grippier than usual, the shower are could still benefit from having a rubber mat for those of us who are not so steady on wet feet! The food was good, especially breakfast. A few areas had bad gouges in the walls and some decor was old and tired, giving a slightly unloved feeling both in the hotel and restaurant. We would stay here again, but would definitely bring our own coffee next time!

Worst Premier Inn I have ever stayed in. Booked a disabled room. Grab rails round the toilet BUT shower over the bath. The bed was so low when my husband needed to use the bathroom I had to pull him up from the bed as it was so low. I complained but basically told it was a disabled room. It was lucky I gave it ONE Star.

This wasn't the first time we had stayed at this Premier Inn. Last year it was showing signs of needing a refurbishment which we were told was happening. The cleanliness of the room and moreso the restaurant was shocking. The room had chipped and marked woodwork/walls. A cobweb in the bathroom, no lock on the door and the toilet moved. When we went to the bar, we waited nearly 5 minutes, along with others before someone came to serve us. The tables, chairs and carpets were absolutely filthy. I think enough said. £90 wasted.
