Jennifer gave us a very warm welcome on arrival. Our room was clean and bright with a lovely view over the lough. The bed was big and very comfortable and the room was well equipped with everything one would need.we also had access to a lovely communal lounge. The hotel does not provide breakfast but we were given several suggestions of cafes nearby.

We were looking forward to staying here over Friday and Saturday night. The reception staff were lovely and welcoming. We were allocated room 106 which is a lovely and large room with 3 windows overlooking the water. So all was good until the evening when the loud music started in the bar below and reverberated through the room until 11:30. Mentioned this to the receptionist the next morning and she kindly offered to move us to the second floor which we accepted. When it came to the evening the music noise was no longer a problem but we had people sat outside the bar talking loudly until 1:30 in the morning. The weather was warm but had to close the windows but this still didn’t stop the loud voices. Appreciate this is out of the control of the accommodation but not seen this noise problem mentioned in other reviews so think we had to raise it for others considering staying over the weekend and are expecting a quiet location.

The reception staff were inviting. The standard of room was comfortable & clean. Bed was firm and a great night sleep. There were ample chairs to sit in the lounge . Nice clear view of Warren Point Quay. Plenty of eating venues near location. Venue central to the town.

This was a bar extension to what was meant to be a Italian Pizza and food restraunt. We ordered from a full menu and 45 mins later our food had not arrived . The excuse was the steak needed to be well done for the sandwich and could not be cut until it was cooked . A further 15 mins later after asking a polite barman the food arrived well presented but not what we ordered . I had ordered garlic potatoes and a corn of tte cob and my partner onion rings . What made matters worse was no forks were there so we up and went . This place needs better managed if it is to make a healthy business but perhaps it's preference was to serve the many underage teeenage ladies with drink I'll avoid and I suggest you do as well

Thank you to Lough And Quay Complex for the amazing food served at our wedding reception! The food was truly divine. A definite 10/10!! It was so much more than we expected. Sean & his team went over and beyond for us throughout the whole weekend and were so helpful and kind. All of our guests complimented the delicious food served! We are so grateful for all your help and planning for our big day. We would highly recommend anybody planning wedding to consider Lough & Quay.

Very pleasant stay at this quirky little hotel with plenty of character. Fantastic view overlooking the harbour. Reception staff was very very friendly and welcoming. The next morning fry up was lovely, always a bonus to get good old spud bread on your plate. Can't fault our stay in any way. Thank You
