I book for 2 Queen beds & 1 single which was clearly stated in my reservation and paid RM 403.66. But upon my check in, they gave me 2 single beds. When i ask for at least 1 queen and one single, they charged me additional RM150.74 and insisted that their record shows i have booked 2 single beds only. Since we were checking in very late close to 10pm after a long drive, I just did not want to argue and paid for the extra. This was really disappointing experience to date. As I checked my booking again, now that I have my internet line, I can confirmed that my reservation was for 2 queen bed and 1 Single.

We paid $258.86 to stay one night at this motel and it was not a last minute booking. The whole experience was unpleasant and bizarre, from the check in through a TV screen at reception (was this AI?) to the prison like key pads instead of key cards. Check in was at the unusual time of 4.30pm but that would be at the convenient time of 1.30 pm in Shanghai or Guangzhou as this travel company operates out of China. Photos tell a thousand words so I’ll let them speak - electric wires hanging, unstable floor, saggy mattress, dirty shower base. This is not the standard we are used to in Australia, something very quickly needs to be done about this motel. Meanwhile I will pursue Trip.com for a refund of the difference between what I paid and their advertised rate -$119.

Very disappointing experience. I booked accommodation for 8 people, but the bedding provided was clearly insufficient for the number of guests included in the booking. When I raised the issue with reception, the customer service was extremely poor. The receptionist was rude, dismissive, and showed no willingness to help resolve the problem. I was simply told, “You booked with Agoda, now you have to adjust.” We arrived late at the motel and there were no staff on-site. If any issues or emergencies had arisen, I am not sure who we would have been able to contact, which felt unsafe. The lack of customer service, poor communication, and failure to provide suitable sleeping arrangements for the number of guests booked made this a very stressful and frustrating stay. After reading other reviews, it appears that similar issues have been experienced by other guests. I would not recommend this property and would strongly suggest management review both their booking practices and customer service standards.

1. The door handle is a pin code that isn't in the door securely. I felt like if I yanked hard enough, I could dislodge it. 2. When disruptive customers showed up, staff did nothing to get them to stop. At one point I was worried they would break one of the glass windows, they also left beer bottles/cans all around and then I was startled awake at 3am from their laughing and talking that honestly sounded like they were sitting in front of my door. When I called staff on the first time, she sounded uninterested and only said she would call them after I kept telling her they were hitting things against the wall and I was worried they would bust the glass. I don't think she did as they continued their games. 3. The fact that at 3am with the loud drinking and all, I can't get in touch with management. They have a sign in your room that states call police. This is bad service. 4. The office is not manned the majority of the time. 5. The cleaning staff asked me the day after I began staying there if I needed trash removal or clean towels. I never saw them again and I stayed there 15 days. 6. I was a solo female traveler and they placed me at the rear of the complex in an area that felt hidden. I honestly felt unsafe at times back there. 7. Parking is a joke. It's quite tight and makes no sense for how small the area is. 8. They have an area for people to sit and chat/relax at the rear of the complex - so if you get numbers 11-14 expect to hear any gatherings in that area - the sound carries and literally sounds like they're in front of your door. 9. Everything was pretty dated. The TV in my room would not turn down so I ended up never using it because I didn't want my neighbours to get annoyed. 10. The absolute lack of interaction, apart from the one time I asked for help and had to pull teeth to get it, on the part of staff made me feel unwanted and an annoyance. I would not stay here again and I will not recommend it to others. The first part of my stay went well - other people staying were polite and it was quiet in the beginning. The fridge had weird cooling - some parts it would freeze and other parts were barely cool. The shower was pretty good. The location isn't bad for staying near town, however, the units behind the motel could get rowdy.

Very basic accommodation. Our room was spacious. Its ordinary. If you’re very particular, this might not be the accommodation for you. The bed was comfortable. We had to call because we were arriving late. It was bit difficult to call them for some reason. No one was picking up. Until an emailed, then I got a call back.
