It's a 5-star hotel with very clean facilities and friendly staff. The breakfast included steamed rice, stir-fried kimchi, sesame oil, soy sauce, and seaweed (gim), making it a great stay for Korean guests.

The Westin in YinXing is showing its age. The check-in service was quite subpar, and they didn't manage the queue well at all. Do five-star hotels just not bother with maintenance anymore?

The hotel's location is extremely convenient. Everything is within easy reach. There's a convenience store downstairs, making it easy to grab anything you need. The breakfast was exceptionally good, with fresh-squeezed juices and more. It was a very pleasant stay.

Downstairs, you'll find a hub of various dining options, so everything you need for food, drinks, and entertainment is right at your fingertips. The hotel itself is upscale and grand, with sophisticated and stylish decor. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bedding is wonderfully soft, ensuring an excellent stay. It's perfect for both holiday getaways and leisure trips. Highly recommended!

I always stay here whenever I'm on a business trip to Warsaw. I've witnessed the price increase from over 400 PLN during the pandemic to nearly 1100 PLN now, which is quite a jump! The breakfast is excellent, and while the rooms are a bit old, they're comfortable.

Great location and a quiet environment. I arrived at the hotel before the official check-in time, but the staff managed to find an available room and let me check in.

I stayed for two nights and found the room to be spacious and very clean. On the third floor, there's a simple gym and a sauna. The sauna was big enough for about four people.

Great hotel, room very nice. Cleaning service brilliant and around all day if you’re in the room in the afternoon they’ll come back. Only thing they’re missing is bits like shower caps / travel toothbrushes in the room and small items like cotton buds or cotton pads like is available in most other hotels. Better if they had these items in the room rather than having to ask. Very attentive, nice hotel, wouldn’t facilitate early check in though unfortunately until 30 mins before 2pm, so beware if coming on an early flight

Disappointing Experience My recent stay at the hotel was underwhelming and far from the standard I had expected. Unfortunately, the service and attention to detail left much to be desired. • Lack of Assistance with Luggage: Upon arrival, no staff offered assistance with our luggage unless specifically requested. This is not the level of hospitality one anticipates at a hotel. • Unfriendly Staff: The staff lacked warmth and basic courtesy. There was no greeting from the housekeeping team or other staff members encountered during our stay. • Subpar F&B Service: The food and beverage service was extremely disappointing, with no evidence of customer focus or hospitality. Breakfast was monotonous, with the same dishes served daily. Introducing variety would have significantly enhanced the dining experience. • Housekeeping Oversight: Despite requesting a room makeup, body shampoo was not replenished. When we brought it to the staff’s attention, no effort was made to resolve the issue promptly. Instead, only a bellman delivered lotion as a substitute, citing that housekeeping had already left for the day. • Bathroom Inconvenience: The bathroom design was flawed, causing the floor to get wet during showers, which was both inconvenient and uncomfortable. • F&B Staff Training: The food and beverage team demonstrated a clear lack of training. Plates were cleared without any acknowledgment or courtesy, even while we were still eating, leaving us feeling rushed and unwelcome. On a positive note, the reception staff stood out for their professionalism and helpful attitude, providing a glimmer of hope in an otherwise disappointing stay. Overall, the hotel needs significant improvements in staff training, guest service, and attention to detail to meet the expectations of discerning travelers.
