Disappointing Experience My recent stay at the hotel was underwhelming and far from the standard I had expected. Unfortunately, the service and attention to detail left much to be desired. • Lack of Assistance with Luggage: Upon arrival, no staff offered assistance with our luggage unless specifically requested. This is not the level of hospitality one anticipates at a hotel. • Unfriendly Staff: The staff lacked warmth and basic courtesy. There was no greeting from the housekeeping team or other staff members encountered during our stay. • Subpar F&B Service: The food and beverage service was extremely disappointing, with no evidence of customer focus or hospitality. Breakfast was monotonous, with the same dishes served daily. Introducing variety would have significantly enhanced the dining experience. • Housekeeping Oversight: Despite requesting a room makeup, body shampoo was not replenished. When we brought it to the staff’s attention, no effort was made to resolve the issue promptly. Instead, only a bellman delivered lotion as a substitute, citing that housekeeping had already left for the day. • Bathroom Inconvenience: The bathroom design was flawed, causing the floor to get wet during showers, which was both inconvenient and uncomfortable. • F&B Staff Training: The food and beverage team demonstrated a clear lack of training. Plates were cleared without any acknowledgment or courtesy, even while we were still eating, leaving us feeling rushed and unwelcome. On a positive note, the reception staff stood out for their professionalism and helpful attitude, providing a glimmer of hope in an otherwise disappointing stay. Overall, the hotel needs significant improvements in staff training, guest service, and attention to detail to meet the expectations of discerning travelers.

Super hotel ! Realised all our expectations!!! Amazing view from the room. And breakfast was so delicious.😋

Hotel facilities are excellent, breakfast is great. But I found the most of the staff are not helpful, specially at the restaurant during breakfast time. Felt descriminated by color. When we went for breakfast no one showed us a table while others are escorted. Folk & knife brought to them while we were asked to go and take it.

The entire hotel had a great vibe, and is currently being modernized. Service was immaculate. The sleeping balm at the night desk was a nice touch to make the stay even more pleasant.

We had a nice stay at Westin hotel. The view and location are great. Breakfast was really delicious. Good stay!

My son ate up at the hotel restaurant on Christmas eve and he kept vomitting and diarrhea afterwards till the next day. I asked Westin reception to make reservation on doctor visit and he replied to me to pay for 500zt in advance for visit on client's own cost prior to confirmtion on visit. she came over to see my son and it came to conclusion of virus infection which we should go hospital to examine him, if the symptoms is not getting better, Fortunatley one of hotel femal staff gave me a hand on finding out pharmacy and he gradually came to recover. Moreover I was contagious as well. It was disastrous Christmas trip for me. One of Hotel managers in duty gave me advice that a number of clients who used hotel restaurant during Christmas eve have had no any kinds of notice for such kind of infections or food poison and circumstantial proof couldn't give any kinds of assistance on this kinds of kid's illness. To be frank, I will not have recommendation on this trip any more. I wish that this kind of visit will not happen again.

Very clean and nice

The location and service is good. The hotel is a little old and needs some repair. In general I'm satisfied. I think level of quality and price is adequate.

Amazing staff. Superb service. Room were full of necessary amenities. Will surely stay again!

Little bit of conference hotel feel and rooms look outdated, but otherwise great stay and lounge services.
