The hotel is in a central location with excellent access to public transportation. The Palace of Culture and Science is just a 5-minute walk away. However, the Old Town is about 2.5 km away, so you’ll likely need to use public transport to get there. The rooms were clean, but I didn’t like the carpeted floors. One downside of the hotel is that you can hear noise from outside, and the blackout curtains don’t block enough light, making the room brighter than expected in the morning. The hotel provides earplugs to help with the noise, but I found them uncomfortable to use.

From the moment we saw it from the street, this hotel looked amazing, and our stay only confirmed that. The location is absolutely fantastic. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and always smiling. We had a room on the 5th floor with an unforgettable view of the city. The room was clean, bright, had good plumbing, and complimentary tea/coffee. There was a water cooler on our floor, even offering sparkling water. We opted for breakfast, and the buffet area was very stylish, with posters of Warsaw from the 50s and 60s adorning the cafe walls. The furniture and overall ambiance were modern. The buffet itself was incredibly rich in variety and selection, and everything was very fresh and delicious. Upon our request, they brought an iron and ironing board to our room. We were absolutely thrilled with our stay. We definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel's service was above my expectation. When room was ready (I arrived at noon), the reception did not claim for any policy to procrastinate my check-in process. Breakfast was great. However, it'd be even better if they can provide more variety of fruits. Nevertheless by overall, this hotel is totally value of money.

The location is super convenient, and the breakfast spread is excellent. The service is warm and friendly. The hotel rooms are well-equipped.

I stayed in September last year and was very satisfied, so I booked a room in May this year as well. This time, I was guided to a room on the third floor, and I was more satisfied because the water pressure was strong (last time, it was actually uncomfortable for a woman with long hair because the water pressure was weak.) Still, the staffd were friendly and the location was excellent.
