The hotel is about 20 minutes from Central by tram #16, with no transfers required and frequent service, making it very accessible. It's less than a 10-minute walk from the tram stop, and there's a convenience store and supermarket nearby, which is handy. It's a shame there's no minibar in the room.

Overall, I would rate the hotel's cleanliness and general vibe as very good. However, a downside was the lack of bottled water and toothpaste in the room 🫣 These are essentials in any hotel (costing next to nothing), especially when after a whole day of traveling you really don't feel like going out to a shop. Breakfast offered a very large selection, but many items were store-bought, ready-made products, such as sweet cheese dumplings and cakes.

Good place to stay in warsaw. Close to tram and bus with direct connection to the city center. Our room was clean and staff was friendly. The room didn't feature a minibar/fridge, which we would have liked.

About a 20-minute tram ride from the city center. There's a supermarket and a drugstore nearby, and about 800-900 meters away, there's also a large shopping mall with a cinema and a big Carrefour. It's less crowded there, which makes for a pleasant shopping experience. This area seems like a hotel district, with three hotels located here. Taxis can't enter, so they have to stop at the intersection, and you have to walk the rest of the way in.

Pros: Affordable price, friendly and helpful staff, water dispenser providing various types of water, comfortable bedding, several large supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, located between the airport and the city center. We enjoyed our stay at Best Western Portos. The hotel is not fancy but clean and provides basic necessities for a traveller. The location was good, not in the center but a few steps away from bus/tram stops that can take you to downtown in about 30 minutes. There are convenience stores nearby and a couple of restaurants. Plus the hotel has a restaurant on site. The room was spacious and clean. No fridge. Not sure if the property provides one if needed. Overall, a pleasant and easy stay.

Good value for money. Close to the chopin airport.You can reach the airport by 15 minutes drive.

A little bit far from the city centre, but there are tram station nearby. Maybe due to the weather, there are a little bugs sneaks in my room. The front desk service is good by the way.

Everything was fine in the rooms – air conditioning, a comfortable bed, and a good breakfast. I was only surprised that hotel guests had to pay separately for parking. If it were a small fee, that would be okay, but 80 PLN per night is a bit excessive.

I was denied early check-in, even though the room was ready – the receptionist told me so herself. I'd been traveling all night, arrived at the hotel at 12:30 PM, and was checking out at 6:00 AM the next morning. In the morning, it took the gentleman at the front desk five minutes to appear when I wanted to return my room card, and I was in a hurry to catch my tram. In the evening, the dish served to me in the restaurant wasn't prepared as described on the menu.
