Staff friendly and calm, good condition in room, nice bed and pillows also clean and comfortable , nice bathroom.

This is a really good value option for an airport hotel. Using bolt, I got to and from the airport cheaply and quickly. Check in was swift, friendly and efficient and the room good value. There is a kettle, comfortable bed, good shower and air conditioning/heating. Some slight plane noise but it is right next to the airport and it did not bother me! The foyer sells some snacks and drinks and you can buy breakfast. I used the McDonalds over the road as I am not a fan of breakfast buffets, so cannot comment on that. Wolt also deliver

More than expected for the price. Modern, spacious, and well-furnished rooms. Can take trams directly to the city center that run every 3-5 minutes.

It was very cold room wil only warm water, not hot water at all and room temperature about 15C, the thermostat does not work at all!!

Nice hotel. The staff is helpful, the room was clean. Around 30 minutes from the city center by tram.

The receptionist is rude and ******! They did not honor our request! There is not toothbrush and toothpaste, there is no extra towel. Shower head not convenient it is mounted lowered shoulder!

Good location but the rooms are terrifying. Extremely dirty, the bad was stained with some yellow stains from someone’s sweat or even worse.. towels were dirty, stains literally everywhere, even on the walls. Shower smelled like pee and was obviously dirty like everything else. Really, really bad. Will not recommend to anybody

Perfect hotel for air travellers. Short distance to the Chopin Okęcie Airport. The place was clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

The bathrooms were not clean. I had to move rooms and both of the bathrooms smelled like pee. There was dirty brown colour stains around where the toilet paper was on the wall. Otherwise the bed and the rest of the rooms were all right. Their instant coffee was a life saviour.
