"I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone due to its poor facilities and the fact that it doesn't match the price. (For just around 40% more, you could get a room in a proper 4-star hotel in downtown.) I can only imagine people booking it because it serves as a pickup point for some Bromo or Sewu tours. Even so, there are far cheaper and better options available. Problems I encountered: 1. No face towel, no free drinking water, and the hairdryer didn't work (it tripped the power after just a few seconds); 2. Stained sheets, creaky noisy bed, and clogged sink; 3. A faulty water heater; the replacement unit wouldn't stop boiling Save your money for a better option."
