Comfortable hotel with parking. Everything was great. Love the self check in system. Only note for location is slightly away from town and it’s more suitable for travellers with a car. Overall it’s a good experience. :)

Unfortunately there were only 2 young lads working in the whole hotel. They didn’t seem very knowledgable, they charged me for the stay although I had already paid through trip - they did refund me, but that was after I went to speak to them showing them my bank statement.. and my husband then had to go back again to get the refund sorted! For some reason speaking to me wasn’t enough!! They had hardly any meals available in the restaurant. Only burgers! The room itself needs a massive uplift, the bathroom looked really unclean and falling apart. Really sad stay considering it was part of a Christmas gift. Definitely won’t be returning.

Josh is so helpful and friendly. Hotel is clean. Food as you expect most importantly the beer is cold. So a great stay. Kayleigh checked us in and was so friendly

A warm welcome as always by the lovely Emma. Always smiling and efficient in the morning at breakfast. However, I did notice that there didn't seem to be enough staff there though. When I asked I was told there were only 2 members of staff on, as someone hadn't shown up. One duty manager, and a 19 year old chef, to look after the entire hotel. On this particular morning Emma was met by a very obnoxious guest. Emma maintained her professionalism, however she was on her own. The man in question was not only rude, but quite threatening. Emma had no one to support her in dealing with this. Is it Premier Inn policy to leave just one member of staff as front of house, bar staff and waiting on? I understand that you can check yourself in and out and that automation is cheaper, however, in my opinion staff safety should be paramount in any business. On a positive note the breakfast was hot and plentiful. The room was quiet. Apart from the incident at breakfast it was another pleasant stay in the Warwick Premier Inn.

When we checked in the room we had book was as expected however we did notice there was no shower curtain in the bathroom, we freshened up and was heading out very quickly for dinner and so mentioned this to Emma as we were leaving, She did say that she would need us to move rooms due to housekeeping not being available so late in the day and that we should go for dinner and when we were back at the hotel she would move our room. When we arrived back at the hotel we waited for 20 mins with another person in front of us because Emma and Rhina had a very busy bar and restaurant to tend to. We then had to go pack up our belongings and come back to reception and then go back up to our new room, altogether taking time away from our break :( When Emma could get back to the reception desk she then upgraded our room and was very apologetic, she handled the situation extremely well given the circumstance which were for a Saturday night when the Christmas market was on at Stratford upon Avon , the hotel was obviously very busy. There needs to be more staff on duty on a Saturday night , especially when there are things happening locally. We stay at premier inns regularly and this has now meant that we would consider staying elsewhere going forward. Emma especially is a credit to your premier inn team and deserves a very well done. Her interpersonal skills are fantastic and she remained calm and professional whilst clearly under pressure.

Located about a 20min walk from the centre of town, a really good base to explore Warwick. It’s also just a £20 Uber ride to Stratford upon Avon. If all you need is a comfortable bed and a place to throw your bags then Premier Inn is a great choice. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable which is always welcome.
