The pool and hot tub was broken and I booked this room because of hot tub... Very very disappointed in the false advertisement

Great, great staff great location definitely worth the money

I had expectations to have a grab and go breakfast like listed online buuuut to my surprise they don’t make them anymore. We had a 7am flight so we couldn’t do the real breakfast so that was a let down since we were starving. That’s literally the only reason I chose this hotel.

I had an amazing stay my shampoo had no shampoo in it sadly didn’t realize till I was in my shower already other than that had an amazing stay

The breakfast was great. The room was decent however, it was not the suite I booked, but luckily the support team at Trip.com were extremely helpful and understanding.

Because the New York Airport was too slow to clear customs and pick up the car was delayed for a long time, I temporarily decided to stay in a hotel near Boston. Although I was in a hurry, the hotel was still good. The room was big enough and the check-in and check-out were quick. There is a self-service kiosk on the first floor.
