"Location, amenities, and spectacular views! Located next to a ski lift and approximately 1.5 miles from Hailstone Event Center with quick access to the hwy. Ammenities included lockers for ski gear, bike racks, pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, yoga room, gaming room with ping pong/pool table/arcade games, lounges, and laundry facilities. Waking up and looking out the window to see the lake and surrounding hills was breathtaking. Highly recommend!!!"

"This was a great hotel overall. The king-size room was spacious, which was nice. I liked the pool and hot tub. Con: The ac was in the form of a swamp cooler that kept going on and off, making it hard to sleep."

"Terrible service in a run down, flea bag environment. Grossly overpriced for the quality of room one gets for the area. Most people staying there have it as a semi-permanent arrangement which doesn't lend itself to a safe, pleasant stay. Do not stay here unless you have absolutely no other choice."

"The price/performance ratio is average. There are 3 cable cars at the hotel entrance, but the road is still under construction. You can take a shuttle bus to the cable car station, which is not far to walk. The hotel has a snow room and free lockers for snowboards."

"This place is brand spanking new. 7 days old when I arrived. It smells of paint and new carpet (in a GOOD WAY). I doubt I'll ever be in a property this new again. The property is gorgeous. High-end, well-appointed, by a talented interior designer. There are two restaurants on the first floor that both serve Italian. That's not great for variety. There is a quik grab and go market with a barista. Not a ton of options, but good in a pinch. They are a Coca-Cola- property. Woo hoo. There is a 4th-floor restaurant/pub? that's not open yet. This may add more variety for food options. I ate at both restaurants, and the chicken parm sandwich was spectacular. Service was good. Everything is pretty at this property. The basement indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, cold plunge & fitness center is a very large area. There's a little water & ice machine there on the way to the underground parking garage. There is a water station on each floor. I got a metal reusable Canopy bottle upon check-in. I'm not sure if that's a status thing or for every guest. The room- 452. I got an upgrade due to status and chose the king bed with extra living space. It's gigantic. The room is beautiful, with high-end appointments and plenty of drawers, closets, etc. I had a powder room, a Nespresso coffee maker, a microwave, two sink bathroom that also had a huge soaking tub. On my last day, I wanted to use the tub, but they do not have bath salt just yet. After I got out of the shower, they called and advised that they would comp a large jar of bath salts that they do have for sale. That's the only fault I can find in the place. They are new, not everything is going to arrive as expected. Not a big deal. Then, upon checkout, I had asked for a wake-up call, and they gave me the bath salt jar to enjoy at home. CLASSY MOVE! Upon upgrading offers, they did have a first floor with a balcony. I opted for more workspace. But it looks like those rooms are facing the lake. That would have been an awesome view. Odd-numbered rooms face the lake. Even face up the hill. There is a ton of construction around the general area, building new residences. There is not much around the hotel, so have a car. When I called before arrival, I was advised that rideshare don't really go in the area just yet. This property is fantastic. Worth the price. It's going to be gorgeous all around when there's snow. Book your trip now."

"Great location is the ONLY thing good about this place! Rooms and bathrooms… GROSS!!! No freaking hand soap… you have to hold down the toilet handle for 2 mins for the water to fill in the bowl and then slowly work its way down the pipe. The sheets on the bed DO NOT fit! DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY! Hair in the corner of the bathrooms and make sure you have SLIPPERS to keep on your feet as the floor/carpet is YUCK! OHHHHHHHH and BEWARE of the gross substances on the drapes. Also found an open condom wrapper behind the toilet on the floor. So our recommendations are to STAY AWAY! I don’t write reviews but this was necessary. One night stay was done with one eye open and bring your rubber gloves…"
