Staff are great, food is lovely. Excellent attention to allergies and the breakfast is delicious. World definitely use again. Parking is ample. Family room is a little cramped for more than a couple of nights. Two pubs nearby is very handy too

We had visited the hotel in 2024 and our experience then was excellent, but our experience this time in April 2025 was even better. The hotel has had a major refurbishment and is modern and absolutely lovely. Our room was really clean and fresh. The staff are a superb team, efficient, welcoming and friendly, particularly Janice on Reception when we arrived for check in. The dining area is modern and fresh, and the food on offer is plentiful and caters for all tastes. There are places of interest in the area, particularly Bamburgh Castle. We'll be back!

new decor is amazing food always hot and tastes excellent fun engaging staff made me feel like home couldn't ask for any wear better to stay i really really recommended staying here at this hotel they honestly make you feel like your at home.♥️

Lovely friendly staff in clean and comfortable hotel. Good value for money with comfy beds and spotless room. This is our third annual stay and would highly recommend. Emails requesting a travel cot were answered promptly and dealt with politely. Keep up the good work and thank you for another fab stay

From the moment we arrived we were made very welcome by receptionist Janice. The room was perfectly adequate for our needs and it and the bathroom spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast choice amazing, nicely set out and well cooked. Jack, who was on duty in the breakfast room, was very attentive, cheerful and nothing was too much trouble for him. Well done everyone at this Premier Inn!

Tried to extension my stay by a few weeks. Initially, was told to ring “reservations”, reservations told me to ring the “guest” dept as i was already staying there. the guest dept said it was “reservations” i needed to speak to but they had got their coats on & had gone home. I gave my almost £1500 to the “Holiday Inn” up the road.

Our experience at this wonderful , value for money hotel , could not have been better, The newly refurbished rooms are stylish and the shower fantastic!. The staff are both professional and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is very good, cooked to order and fresh with lots of variety.

Lovely clean hotel. The breakfast staff are so attentive and friendly. Dave was a joy every morning, thank you. Would highly recommend this hotel and will be returning soon. I often use Premier Inns when on business trips and this certainly is the best I’ve stayed in.
