Holiday Inn Express & Suites SPRINGDALE - FAYETTEVILLE AREA by IHG
"The hotel is in good condition and is a good choice for business trips."
Staybridge Suites Fayetteville/Univ of Arkansas by IHG
"Family favorite! We've stayed here several times over the years given we have had two sons in Univ. of Arkansas, and this is more like a home away from home than a hotel. The staff are professional but personable and friendly. Coffee is brewing by 03:30 Am. Good breakfast with cereals, fruits, eggs (omelettes, scrambled), sausage and bacon, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, breads, blueberry rolls, etc. And a Happy Hour with free food (meatball subs, salads, etc) and drinks. The rooms are large and spotless, and we especially like the suites with living room, kitchen (fully stocked), and two bedrooms with 3 large beds. They even give us microwave popcorn and plenty of coffee for the coffee maker. Next time I'll take photos! Dr. Bill"

"The ladies at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also great with many options to choose from. They are also pet friendly and have clean spacious rooms. The pool was filthy though, I wouldn't dare swim in it."
Days Inn by Wyndham Fayetteville
"This hotel has bungalows with lots of sunlight. The next day I renewed my reservation at the counter for $99, and I booked through Ctrip for the following days. When I checked out, they said the $50 deposit had been refunded to me. I heard my phone ringing and went out to get an Uber to the airport, but when I looked at my phone, I found that my online reservation had been deducted again, and there was also A 50 deposit was not refunded. I returned to the counter and she said the manager was not there and there was nothing she could do. I strongly requested that I check out now. She printed out the receipt and reluctantly wrote a few lines saying that she would refund it to me on the same day. Arrived. A few days after I left Arkansas, the money still hadn't arrived. I asked a friend to go there to ask about it, and I also submitted an objection to visa. There was no other way. The airfare there was more than 4,000, and the return was only more than 2,000. When I gave up hope, they refunded it to me. Be"

Moxy Fayetteville
"I recently stayed at the Moxy Hotel in Fayetteville and had a great experience overall. The hotel has a fun, modern vibe that feels different from a typical chain hotel. The lobby doubles as a social space with games, seating areas, and a bar, which gives the whole place a lively atmosphere. The check in process is unique because it happens at the bar, and you receive a complimentary drink token when you arrive. One of the highlights of the stay was the staff, especially the valet team. Justin, Jacob, and Austin were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. They made arriving and leaving the hotel easy and always greeted me with a positive attitude. Their level of service really stood out. The rooms are clean with modern features, though they are a bit on the smaller side. The location is also very convenient, especially if you are visiting the University of Arkansas. Overall, the Moxy is a great choice if you enjoy boutique style hotels with a fun atmosphere and great service. I would definitely stay here again."
