Le Méridien Washington, D.C., the Madison

Very clean and can grab bottled water for free at the front desk, however, it needs to improve noisy AC and bad sound proofing from the doorway.

The hotel is in a good location, with lots of nice restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and clean, and all the staff were friendly. The only complaint was that they couldn’t provide a king-size bed for us, even though we paid and booked online. They explained that they had run out of king-bed rooms, so they gave us a room with twin beds instead, along with some breakfast vouchers to make up for the inconvenience. Compared with other hotels in the area, the parking is more expensive. It costs $83 per day. Considering the high parking fee, I would probably choose a five-star hotel instead. At this price, there are more hotel options with better overall value and parking rates.

The location is super convenient—just a five-minute walk from the main station. My room was clean, quiet, and surprisingly spacious. The staff were friendly and spoke excellent English, which made check-in smooth and easy.

Overall, a stylish and comfortable hotel in a great location. However, the bathroom design could be improved — the door was hard to open, water easily leaked out during showers, and the transparent curtain made it feel less private. Still, the staff were friendly and the room was clean and modern.

Great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient onsite marketplace with good breakfast options. Complimentary tour of Arlington Cemetery is an excellent bonus.

The hotel was conveniently located near many Washington, D.C. landmarks. The staff were all extremely cheerful, knowledgeable, and exceedingly helpful. Rooms were in very good condition and housekeeping kept the room refreshed every day. I needed to arrange for a late check-out and I was accommodated with no problem. I highly recommend.
