The room design is very modern, but they don't provide disposable slippers. There's free water refill downstairs, and sometimes the TV remote isn't very responsive.

The room was quite small, and the bed was pushed right against the wall. It had central air conditioning, which made it very quiet. I paid for breakfast, but it wasn't great value for money. There aren't many dining options nearby. The upside is that various museums are within walking distance. However, the hotel doesn't offer free parking.

Coming off an underwhelming hotel in NYC, my girlfriend and I plus our friend were both pleasantly surprised with this place. The service was really the stand out, all of the staff were exceptionally friendly, happy and helpful. The room is small but extremely clean and modern. The location is also excellent, a short 2 minute walk to L’Enfant Metro station or about 7 minutes to walk to the Mall. Really a wonderful stay.

Loved this hotel so much 💖 it’s super chic and in such a great area. The vibe is warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in, which I loved. They have a cute little bar and a mini store for any last-minute goodies (so convenient!). The rooftop bar is definitely the highlight—such pretty views, especially at sunset ✨

Our fridge did not cool nor did the safe lock. Informed front desk with no resolution. The iPad to control the temperature of the room and fan speed would not connect even with the front desk getting involved twice.  The shower leaked into the common area. The sheets had a rip/ tear notice.  Yes it is a micro hotel, however make sure what you do offer is working.

The hotel is quite new and features smart controls throughout, operated by an iPad, which is perfect for solo travelers. It's less than a ten-minute walk to both the Aerospace Museum and the National Gallery, and the subway station isn't far either. On my last day, I used their luggage storage service, which was really convenient. The only thing I found a bit unusual was that they don't provide bottled water; you have to go down to the bar on the first floor to get water yourself.

The location is very convenient with subway station nearby. There is no cup and kettle in the room, need to get hot water from restaurant next to lobby. Power socket outlet design is bad, even the hair dryer provided by the hotel beed to be plugged in properly at certain angle to get power. Basin too small.
