Our recent stay at the Residence Inn Washington, DC National Mall was fantastic for our group of 6! The One Bedroom Two Queen Suite with Sofa Bed provided plenty of space for everyone to stay comfortably. The suite was perfectly sized with two queen beds in the separate bedroom and a queen-sized sofa bed in the living area. The spacious layout allowed all six of us to move around comfortably without feeling cramped, especially with the separate living and sleeping areas.

The location is not far from the Gallery Pl-Chinatown metro station. The rooms are very spacious for Washington. Compared to the Fairfield Inn, which is also part of the Marriott chain and located close to the same station, this one is cheaper and the rooms are larger.
I am not happy with the poor water facilities, as shown in the attached photo.
There are many rental apartments nearby, mainly for children to study abroad. The hotel is very close to the Anacostia River in Washington, D.C., and there is an open park by the river. The hotel provides free bottled water in the refrigerator at the front desk every day, and no one checks the card for breakfast. The room has an induction cooker and an apartment-style workbench, but no windows that can be opened. The streets are wide and clean, worthy of being the capital. White people can be seen walking leisurely with their dogs from time to time, unlike the narrow streets in Seattle where black homeless people can be seen on the street corners from time to time. The sense of security here has increased.

The room is my favorite design. It feels like home. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom design is the biggest point. It is large and comfortable, and it is strictly separated from the sleep area. Breakfast is also very rich and the service attitude is very good. Must like it. The surrounding environment is very good, there are pictures as evidence.

Very close to the waterfall, you can see the waterfall in three minutes on foot, and you can reach the viewing platform with a wide view across the two bridges, which is very good.
Warm and thoughtful service, parking is very convenient 👍
